DuraTherm Flat Panel Heated Towel Radiator Anthracite 1200 x 500mm

I was a bit dubious about buying this as it seemed cheap compared to many others but have been very impressed. Heats up fast then retains heat really well too. We are currently renovating a house and this is approximately the 5th room we have bought a duratherm radiator for. We have used plumbworld for all radiator so far and have been impressed with the service, speed of delivery and most importantly the quality of the radiators.

We have this towel rail in our en suite and also in our downstairs loo. They are both excellent as they were easy to fit, heat up quickly and hold their heat. They look great too, are really spacious and the quality is excellent.

Great stylish radiator. Its heavy and requires 2 people to align and position before drilling. The supplied screws are fine, but the wall plugs recommended drill size (8mm) is too big especially if drilling in to cinderblock or thermalite block. I used Fischer wall plugs for this and is nice and secure. If mounting on a tiled wall, make sure the wall plugs go all the way through the tile before tightening. Very pleased with the finish.

I turned to Plumbworld once again due to their good prices and service, this radiator was delivered free on the day of my choice. No problems with it, great product to replace existing smaller ladder type towel radiator and now there is sufficient heat and towel hanging space in my bathroom. I like Plumbworld's website as it contains what I need to know as a "DIYer " before I commit to purchase.

I chose this towel radiator, as it was a good BTU output and looked sturdy as well as fashionable. My plumber was (surprised and) impressed with the quality when he fitted it. It's been fitted a month now, and we have no regrets. It is easy to wipe clean from dust and splashes with a damp cloth, and it gives out so much heat in comparison to our old one. Would recommend.

This towel radiator is sturdy, stylish and so, so warm! We love it. We had worried that a towel radiator would not keep our bathroom warm enough, but it is better than the small convential radiator we replaced. Very reasonable price and efficient delivery from Plumb World. The only thing I cannot comment on is it's durability as we only got it installed 3 weeks ago.

A great deal and a very solid product. Much easier to install that I thought. I used my tool case to get it to the right height so I could mark the walls to drill the holes for support. It doesn't come with valves and I was not prompted to buy any on selecting the product but it is standard size so any valve from a shop will be suitable.

This item is is fantastic value for money. A little worried initially as it was so much cheaper than anything similar elsewhere, but it is well made and looks fantastic. Would also mention that the rest of the service was spot on too. Delivered quickly and the suggestions for what else would be needed for installation was handy

DuraTherm flat panel radiator in Anthracite, first class service from plumbworld in all respects, great service. A very fair price for a good quality towel rail that looks modern in Anthracite. A noticeable difference in heat output compared to the previous chrome, round bar rail, bathroom is now more comfortable on colder days.

This towel rail looks excelent in my new shower room. The anthracite colour is just perfect in its setting. To date, due to the weather, I have not had it on for more than a test, but I don't doubt that it will perform as expected.

Had the gold ladder radiator fitted today. Extremely pleased with the quality and finish it looks so expensive. The pipe work was the same width as the one we removed, just needed to re drill holes for fitting to the wall.

Product is functional, looks good face on but would benefit from having caps on the top of the valve / tubing. None are supplied with the product so it looks unfinished.
