We ordered this in the afternoon and it was delivered the next day. We have had to return the valves as they were not suitable in the end. Just waiting for a refund on the return.
The service is brilliant so much so that having ordered a shower screen from B&Q they delivered the wrong screen then made promise after promise to get the order sorted. After two weeks we ordered a better screen from Plumbworld and at a cheaper price. Ordered at 3pm and was delivered the following morning at 9am. Delivery driver was very good as well.
I cannot praise Plumbworld enough and even informed B&Q in feedback given to them.

No problems with it, great product to replace existing smaller ladder type towel radiator and now there is sufficient heat and towel hanging space in my bathroom.
