DuraTherm Heated Towel Radiator Chrome 1600 x 600mm Curved

I bought this radiator over one from another company because it was almost half the price. Most others I looked at had rungs which were grouped towards the lower end and I was worried that as these were spread more evenly this a would make it look cheap. However the reviews were good and I wasnt disappointed. It works perfectly and looks fabulous in our new bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

We were torn between the 600mm and the 450mm wide towel rail, but glad we went for the bigger size. This one is good quality, lets off lots of heat and there is plenty of room to hang lots of towels. The chrome finish is nice and blends in well with the rest of the chrome fittings.

Very good value and design. A bit in light side but hope it lasts as long as it looks.

On first inspection the quality appears very good. I know sometimes it takes a while for any imperfections in the chromium plating to reveal themselves but I’m happy. It came with fixings, delivery was on time and the price was the cheapest I could find. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but the packaging protected the product and there was no damage to the towel rail. All in all I’m very pleased I chose Plumbworld.

Ordered three tall and one shorter curved towel rails. Only one fitted so far, but it looks great, so assume others will, too. The valves are a great match. We are still in the process of modernising, so the rail hasnt been used yet, but quality and value for money seem excellent,

This is a nicely finished towel rail and excellent value for money at the price I paid on offer. Chrome plating looks good, much better than another I bought at twice the price. Not able to comment on durability as only time will tell, but shouldn't be a problem.

As towel rails come its ok. Doesnt feel like the heaviest gauge metal, but then its not £200 ! Fitted for a customer who seems pleased with it... see if its still in good shape in 10 years....

Looked around the internet for days trying to find a suitable size Rad with a good BTU output. This one is nearly perfect - slightly wider and it would be bang on. I have it installed into the hot water system and it looks and works great. Ive only had it for 2 weeks so i can't comment on what it will be like in 12 months time - which is why i opted for the very reasonable guarantee extension! overall very happy though

Bought this as we needed to replace an old radiator and towel rail and figured we might as well get one which does both! The curve allows for towels to easily be placed-hung over it and the heat it gives out is superb. Width is just right for our bathroom and the height gives it a presence and the ability for lots of storage. Simple to install and clean highly recommended

This towel rail is just the ticket. Make sure you but some nice valves (Chrome best). It sit far enough away from the wall to take several towels, without the phaff of pushing and shoving, but doesnt sit so far out it blocks your bathroom. Clean lines, it has a good weight to it. A long guarantee, and all the fittings included. Looks good on the wall

I bought 3 of these, 2 for our bathrooms and 1 for our toilet simply because of the price. I didn't expect much quality, but i'm happily surprised! :) They give out enough heat for average size rooms and have enough space for towels. Heat up quick and do the job we bought them for. Will buy more if these ever break (which I doubt!!)

Good quality item. Super fast delivery from plumbworld. The towel rad really looks the part and seems of a decent build quality. The chrome doesnt look too thin or cheap and all the plugs are of a decent standard. Easy install with instructions included for diyers. Overall really good quality item with a great price tag.

A good looking quality item at a great price. The first towel rail I had delivered had a faulty thread so the radiator valve would not fit (manufacturing fault). After sending a e-mail about it I was sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Fantastic customer service which will be difficult to beat, if ever.

This is a great item, a perfect edition to our en-suite. I thought the size we needed would be tough to find but not on here. Item was well packaged and my husband had it up and running in about 30mins. We have had it on a couple of times and it warms the towels lovely. Cant find any fault with it yet.

I was very pleasantly surprised by my recent purchase of a heated towel rail. I did a lot of research, locally and on the internet, and chose this company purely for the cost which was much cheaper than any where else. The design and quality are super and it would pass for a more expensive model.

Arrived well packed and had all the parts needed to fit to the wall. It did not come with valves, but as there are different types and angles, this is up to you to buy, but you can get matching ones when buying the rail if you know what you need.

This curved unit is great for drying towels in the bathroom and gives additional heating to the room also. It is big enough to command its space in the room and is good quality. The delivery and service from Plumbworld was good as always.

I never really leave five stars. That's generally reserved for something exceptional. This comes very close though. The product was delivered extremely quickly and arrived in good condition. It was wrapped in a single mold of plastic cellophane which I would think protects it from moisture. Heard a number of horror stories about rust on cheap towel radiations. I did not see any rust on the outside or any abrasions on the radiator. Which is a sigh of relief. What I don't like is the plastic wall fixings, but that is expected in this range. Time will tell when I get a chance to install this whether it will last. But I'm impressed with what I seen so far and would buy again.

I'm very happy with the actual rail and it's quality. Because it was obviously made in China, the instructions were a little poor, but I muddled through. It seems well made and puts out some good heat in bare form. But, the rail is narrow (my choice), and as such means you need to place your towels carefully. In hindsight I'd try and fit a wider rail. But if the width is what you want, then I have no hesitation in recommending it.

Bought this for a new en-suite I have built. Delivered quickly and looks great. I intended to use it as a 'dual fuel' dryer but the elbow supplied with the heating element wouldn't seal properly. Don't think this was down to radiator but have had to revert to wet system only. Great value product and will buy another one for a bathroom refurb.

Great fast reliable delivery, thanks. Product feels light and less solid than the one it's replacing but time will tell how long it lasts. Looks great though, although I had to use the original mounting brackets because the supplied bracket are longer than the originals meaning the pipes don't line up.

Old towel rail corroded through and started to leak. Dont make chrome stuff like they used to. Replacement was easy to fit and looks the part. Curve makes a more pleasing appearance

This towel rail replaced one of the same size but the curved effect makes it much easier to place towels through. It was far cheaper than the towel rail it replaced too
