Bristan Cashew Easyfit Kitchen Mixer Tap Chrome CSH EFSNK C

I stuck with Bristan Easyfit as it was going to be a direct replacement for an existing Easyfit tap. Strangely after they make such a big thing about how easy it is to remove the tap there was no mention of the correct proceedure to swop another Easyfit for an existing one in the instructions. Common sense prevailed but there was more water in the tap than I expected when I released it from it's seating, luckily I was towelled up and caught it all. The swap was dead easy, undo 2 grub screws twist and pull the tap upwards, catch the water,re-grease the "O" RING fit new tap re-tighten grub screws. All done, all good/ The spout is thinner than the last one, I guess because it isn't twin walled so gets hot as hot water flows through it. Really pleased with the tap as the angled spout washes the sink better rhan the previouemone.

At last I have lovely working tap in my kitchen that isn't dripping. Having a butler sink with the tap fitted behind it has proved very problematic but I love that this tap is an 'easy fit' meaning it can now be removed from the worktop without having to struggle to get behind the sink. It's quite small but looks lovely and the water flows so smoothly. The only thing I'd say because of that is it doesn't create lots of bubbles but that's easily rectifiable to be fair. I'm very happy with it and it was very reasonably priced

great looking tap with the usual bristan quality, gives a nice modern look when fitted and withe the easyfit system its a doddle to fit especially for diyers as its fitted from above the sink requiring only an allen key rather than from below with the usual box spanners.

Easy to order on line, kept informed all the way and delivered within 48 hours. A very competitive price. The Tristan Tap was of very good manufacture, easy to Install, operates perfectly and looks great. Would definitely use Plumbworld again.

This is a well made tap and operation is very smooth. Only given 4 stars because it wasn't 'Easy Fit' on our granite work-top as the hole in the worktop was too small to allow the under-plate to drop through. Nevertheless, with a bit of help from my wife holding the tap from above it was straightforward. I would buy again.
