These radiator valves appear well made and look attractive. I have not put them to use yet so performance is unknown at present and length of life even less so but they do have a 10 year guarantee.

These look amazing, very sleek and understated! They've only been in use for a couple of weeks so can't comment on their reliability and function yet. I do have high hopes though! I can say, however, that I am very impressed with the refreshingly efficient customer service received from Plumbworld. I originally ordered the wrong product through Amazon and when I called the company direct to order and arrange delivery of what I actually needed, they were amazing - very helpful - sent the order out immediately and sorted the return of the product I had ordered by mistake. The only downside is the time Amazon has taken to process the refund for the original product!! I give Plumbworld an A*** rating for their amazing customer service.

haven't got the heating on yet but they look good quality, not a fan of the parallel tails but the best way to fit them is to use liquid PTFE then you shouldn't get a leak they could be packed better as a small package no doubt they get thrown about a bit and my delivery was missing a couple of bits due to poor packaging, they had no issue in replacing the missing parts tho.

I needed a corner radiator valve due to radiator being close to a door. I was able to quickly find this product at Plumworld and within a few days it arrived just in time for the plumber to fit onto radiator. The spec and quality of the product gives assurance that it will last a very long time.

Valves seemed to be well made and of quality materials, grey finish though was easily damaged, a simple fumble resulted in the stat tap being chipped, will need to touch up when we finally decorate, my fault but finish needs to be better.

Chromed plastic cap on the lock-shield valve looks a little cheap so only rated a four star but valves look good and fit and work as required.
