Purchase, delivery and product first class. However the builder lost one of the caps for the bracket somehow during installation. I contacted Plumbworld and asked if I could purchase a replacement, they were amazing and immediately sent out a full replacement set free of charge as a goodwill gesture. The customer servic e was so good that I would recommend Plumbworld without reservation in future.

Was impressed by the quality and feel as soon as it arrived. Perfect for my compact bathroom, and great for giving the towels an aired feel. I guess the real test will be how it performs in taking the chill out the air during the winter months, but im confident it will do the job.

Needed a rad quick for a bathroom refurbish that dint have a wet radiator, and this fitted perfectly. Only 150 watt but good enough for drying the towel.

Nice modern towel rail gets very hot and does the job of keeping towel warm and dry and heating the shower room.

It looks great I my bathroom although ugh takes a while to warm up.
