When viewing the radiator i had a query regarding the product so i emailed customer service and i got a reply instantly and the staff member was very helpful. Fitted this vertical flat panel radiator in the corner of small dining area after removing existing horizontal radiator. Surprised at how much more space was created and the new radiator looks so much better than the old one.

Excellent radiator supplied very quickly at a good price. Must be installed the right way round due to internal baffle. Suggest using a strong glue to stick the four rubber cusions to the four brackets to stop them falling off during fitting. Note, this radiator is very heavy and I needed an extra pair of hands to fit it.

My plumber asked that I source the required radiator (and affix it to the wall) stressing I should go for quality over price. After much searching I chose one from Plumb World, along with the associated valves. After careful measuring I fixed it to the wall prior to my plumber installing it. Serving as an additional radiator in my large lounge, it fits in beautifully, complimenting existing heating and room decor. Price wise, it was very competitive with other suppliers. Delivery was swift and Ive never seen a product so robustly packaged, so no hint of damage either.

This radiator replaced my bathroom towel rail. I was never happy that the towel rail only heated towels rather than room. This radiator is twice the heat and you can feel the difference straight away. I am really pleased with the outcome and would recommend this product. Delivery was excellent as well.

Excellent Anthracite vertical panel radiator, with next day delivery. One small area of concern is the brackets supplied these are not suitable if fitting to a plaster board stud wall. Consideration should be given to supplying something more substantial to spread the load and to be able to use suitable plaster board fixings.

I'm am really pleased with this radiator and valves to match, it looks really good and doesn't really stand out as a radiator due to its design. My experience with plumbworld was really good. Right from when I ordered the items, to good clear communication from them on delivery. Items arrived well packed and in good order. I did have a issue with the thermostat valve, to which I contacted plumbworld and spoke to and really helpful person called Fiz who dealt with the issue and resent to new replacement with no hassle. Been looking on many websites for a modern and contemporary looking radiator for recent house improvements came across plumworld and found just what we were looking for at the most competitive price too, thought it was too good to be true but took the plunge and purchased anyway. When I shop it’s not just about the price, although ugh it plays a part of my decision making when shopping for good. Plumbworld are alway very competitive but also very reliable and easy to deal with. If you need to talk to a real person, just phone and it always feels like nothing is ever too much. We needed some bathroom bits and we had tight deadline. Call and was put at ease and assured it would arrive in time. Hey presto all the items arrived on time and few bit earlier than expected. So much lest stressful than some other online competitors.

This radiator looks great. It is really heavy but plumber secured it to wall with brackets. Looks very modern and stylish. I was going to purchase one very similar from Screwfix, but glad I shopped around as got this one for a fraction of price. My plumber said he has fitted a number of this brand and it’s good quality. I can’t comment on heat output at this time as hasn’t been on, however, the plumber who fitted it said it has a great output. Highly recommended.

After redesigning my kitchen I needed a compact radiator which could pit out enough heat as well. Looking at various companies on the internet they were expensive and not what I required. I then found plumbworld and their radiators. Delivery was very quick. Unfortunately it arrived damaged but the customer service was excellent I had a replacement the next day. Purchased this Dura Therm vertical designer radiator as having some kitchen works done at home and needed a tall slim radiator of no more than 300mm wide to fit on a small available section of wall. Good features: lovely design, very slimline single flat panel & space saving, good quality, nice finish to the radiator. Also was easy to install. Seems to give off a good amount of heat too. Overall very happy with this purchase.

Bought this radiator for my newly refurbished dressing room. Wanted something a little different to the standard household radiator and this was perfect. Size and colour is exactly what I was looking for. Despite being compact in size it certainly heats up the room in no time. Since my last review I have now installed the radiator. The installation instructions are slightly lacking and some measurements would have been useful. However I managed without and the radiator is now in and working. Looks good and is giving off a lot of heat. Very pleased and considering getting some more to replace existing old radiators.
