We was looking for a replacement radiator of same size etc as the one we have was leaking from the top. We did see, order and paid for one from Bathroom Mountain only to get a call next day to say they couldn't supply this item and would have to refund, which was a nuisance as had contacted plumber about fitting. As i had ordered a kitchen tap from Plumbworld and it arrived quickly and was good looked on their website for similar radiator and they did have one only 30 more but could do next day delivery for 14, which was worth paying incase plumber could do the job. Radiator arrived next day, helpful delivery driver and was very well packed. As yet not had it fitted as plumber couldn't fit us in before our holiday, they are now planning to fit in 4 days so hopefully all good. Plumbworld website, payment etc all good so will order from here in future.

I originally ordered a new radiator from Affordable Rads, which never arrived and I was unable to get in touch with them. I am still trying to get a refund from them. In the meantime, I reordered a radiator from Plumb World having learnt my lesson and read reviews beforehand. I am delighted with the service that I recieved from Plumb World! It waa prompt and communication has been great. I also love the look of the prodict and think that it is absolute value for money. I wish that I had just shopped with them in the first place! After looking for a vertical radiator on a couple of websites, we found plumbworld were the most competitive. We got to choose which date we had the radiator delivered which was great. Plumber commented on how nice the radiator was and hung on the wall without any problems. Took a while for the radiator to fill and heat for the first time but now heats quickly and gives out amazing heat. We will be purchasing from plumbworld again for our vertical kitchen radiator in the future.

Recently upgraded to this radiator for my kitchen as I wanted more space to play with. I'm so glad I picked this one. After reading the positive reviews I decided to buy it myself. It's extremely stylish and easy to install and it looks great in out r kitchen. One thing to be aware of, it weighs quite a bit, so if you're planning on hanging it onto a stud wall, make sure you have extra support in place. Both myself and my wife are extremely happy with this purchase.

Delighted with this purchase for our new Kitchen/Diner. We moved the original location for this radiator and put where we have had the wall knocked through as the radiator makes such a pleasing design feature so we put it in a more visible position in the room. Ive not used this company before, yet fully intend on doing so for further plumbing needs. The radiator I purchased was the perfect fit for the job, looks stylish and heats the room generously. There were a wide range of different size options which means I can coordinate with other rooms in the house.

The first radiator I received had quite a bad twist in it which was only noticeable once in place on the wall. Plum world sorted the problem quickly and sent me a new radiator which is on the wall and looks modern and stylish. Takes a while to warm up but hopefully this will get quicker with use
