Essentials Pull Out Kitchen Tap - Single Lever Chrome

The choice of this tap was based on the need for a low pull-out tap, rather than price, although ugh this was remarkably good. It replaced a very similar model, but is easier to use. It was straightforward to fit (although these are never easy to reach!). The only downside is that the square-ish edge to the tap can dig into your palm, particularly with wet hands. All in all, very pleased with this purchase and it was delivered quickly.

Though we'd originally picked a different tap for our new kitchen from elsewhere we much preferred this after spying it on the site when buying a sink. Especially with young children it's very handy to be able to pull the tap out and use the spray function. We also like not having to mess about with cold and hot water taps, so coupled with the very reasonable price it was a no brainer to switch to this one!

Needed to replace a similar model, this did the job. Received quickly. We have had this type of faucet of 14 years, this is the second replacement we have done, to give you an idea of how long it lasts. As a note-the sprayer is plastic and has a tendency to break. Replacement part is about 5, wouldnt hurt having one spare.

Found Plumbworld on-line and very please I did mixer tap I bought was at a very good price. When received found it very easy to fit at the end of a long pipe runs in the garage and found it more than adequate a very good buy. Now plan to fit a downstairs toilet and will certainly be using Plumbworld.

A good quality product retailed by a UK distributor. A similar product is also sold by Amazon UK but it is not easy to find out the manufacturer of the Amazon tap and the quality of their product in these times when so much retail is taking place online.

Great product. Well packed and quick delivery. Only slight problem was the hole in the sink was slightly smaller than what was required for this installation, but with a bit of filling here and there the job was completed. Works well.

For the price this is a great tap, the spray function is very powerful and the look of the tap overall is very classy. I have had many positive comments and find it great to use for many purposes. Impressed overall.

Love this tap with a different play on the larger up and over taps most people favour. Very good price too. Being fitted this week in new sink which was another purchase from Plumbworld.

A good tap for the price,feels like a more expensive product. The weight on the hose needs cupboard space, easily solved by cutting the shelf and putting a 4" pipe in for it to travel.

I wanted a basic tap, to replace an almost identical one. This one is far superior. Easy to fit and the fact that it is small suits the sink I needed it for. Really good price.

A very practical pull out single lever tap. Arrived quickly and in new condition. This is really the best type of tap for a kitchen, way better than fixed two lever taps.

Bought this to replace same sort of tap which although ugh only 2yrs old the hose casing had broken. Looks as good if not better quality for half the price. As usual a bit tricky for plumber to connect - also used 'trick' seen on reviews to use a piece of 5" wide plastic down pipe to give protection to the hose inside the cupboard, plumber said he will use this in future as if the hose catches on things at the back of the kitchen unit it can cause strain on the casing. Better spray function on this one to others we have had, can use quite a low amount of water and it stays on spray - great for cleaning lettuces (and Wire Fox Terriers!). One star deducted as head part could fit better into the main body, it stays in place but a few extra mill. would help it to fit more securely.

The quality of this tap is very good for the price. The design is neat and compact, unlike the swan necked spray attachment design. The only thing to get used to is that if the drainer is on the right of the sink, the handle is better positioned for right handlers, if the drainer is to the left, it is better for left handers The spray works well for clearing the sink of debris and also for hair washing.

We’ve put this tap in our utility room so we can wash the dog / muddy boots etc. Perfect for both these activities. As other reviews have said sometimes the shower flex gets caught as there’s a weight on it, so going to try the pipe suggestion so it can’t get stuck on anything. Easy to switch between tap and shower hose.

Fitted as a replacement for a very similar tap. With pull out taps ranging up to £200 this is very good value. Tricky to fit because it includes 3 connection hoses, but fine with the right tools. Only dropped a star to 4 star because it isn’t the heaviest quality fitting, but it’s still very good for the price.

Works as expected and advertised, and the click-to-spray feature is very effective. The fit of the pull-out stem into the base part is a bit sloppy however and the rotating base quite stiff to reposition, so we can only hope it doesn't eventually wear out and break.

Reordered the similar model which was purchased a number of years but which developed a weep at the top of the bell housing so I was able to swop the flexible hose and nozzle. I was particularly keen on having the same versatility of this unit.

Speedy service ,delivered quickly. Easy to install, instructions minimal but not a problem if you know what you doing. Swivels freely, looks great & does what we want it to do. The only complaint is the tap head doesn't fit well in the socket.

Although pretty simple, the Instructions were very lacking, but YouTube to the rescue. The pull out tap could be a bit smoother, but it works.
