This tap is extremely useful for making quick drinks, defrosting frozen veg and quickly washing single items. It arrived as expected well packed and in good condition. Installation is straightforward as a replacement for one that is faulty after years of use. For a new installation all the associated items (heating tank, filter unit and pipes etc can be purchased together with the tap)

This was a replacement item for me and as the last one lasted nearly 20 years I was keen to buy an identical tap, and it’s very good-looking in my kitchen. Great replacement
I purchased this tap a few weeks ago and just fitted it. The original hot tap was about 12 years old, so it was good to know we could still get the same as ours had started leaking. Found it through plumbworld at a great price. Came on time and well packaged. Great company to deal with.
Fantastic addition to kitchen
Great easy to use and was easy to fit. Our cold water drinking tap had just broken so we upgraded. Great decision. Love the tap. Be careful when using as can initially spit very briefly when using. Also be aware of splash back, similar risk as a kettle. It would be better if tap neck was longer and reached further. Unfortunately due to the old cold water tap hole location I was restricted in where I could put this tap. If starting with a free choice it would be slightly closer to the sink. Nonetheless love it and kettle has been stored away on a cupboard. Fantastic value too.
Very efficient and neat
Only just finally got it fitted, not that it was a problem to fit I just needed someone with knowledge of plumbing. I love it. The hot water is very hot, makes a good cuppa. The cold water filter is also good although ugh the water was a little cloudy at first but ok after I ran it for a short time.
Hot tap
We absolutely love this hot tap. It makes such a difference to the kitchen, it tidies up the worktop and is quicker and quieter than a kettle. It's great for both drinks and cooking uses. The only downside is the amount of room it takes up in your cupboard, but I think it's worth it

I would recommend this to anyone it's a great product the water is boiling and cold filtered water my son had a much more expensive one but has changed it to Insinkerator. I would highly recommend dealing with Plum World they are super eficiant and look after customers well
Wonderful answer to dangerous problem
Having had a couple of minor strokes wielding a kettle was really dangerous. This system is the answer and I can easily make tea/cup soup/coffee and hasten the veg. boiling safely. Sincere thanks to Plumbworld for this system and the very special price.
