Hello, I purchased this a year ago and it has started leaking. Could you please tell me the cartridge size and if you sell those too?
We do not sell Reginox cartridges. Of course, it's a 35mm ceramic disc cartridge.

What finish process is used for the Matt Black Nera MB tap? (e.g. powder coat, PVD, electroplated + lacquer, etc.) what warranty covers the finish (colour fade, wear etc.).
The product finish would be PVD.
Reginox offers a 10-year warranty on the body (casting) of the NERA tap, covering manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not explicitly cover issues related to the finish, such as:
Fading or discolouration
Scratches or abrasions
Wear from cleaning or use
Damage from harsh chemicals or cleaners
These conditions are typically considered wear and tear or misuse, which are excluded from warranty coverage.
Tap arrived very promptly and so well protected in packaging too.Such a great price and a quality item so very pleased and would recommend to others without hesitation
