Hello, I purchased this a year ago and it has started leaking. Could you please tell me the cartridge size and if you sell those too?

We do not sell Reginox cartridges. Of course, it's a 35mm ceramic disc cartridge.

What finish process is used for the Matt Black Nera MB tap? (e.g. powder coat, PVD, electroplated + lacquer, etc.) what warranty covers the finish (colour fade, wear etc.).

The product finish would be PVD.


Reginox offers a 10-year warranty on the body (casting) of the NERA tap, covering manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not explicitly cover issues related to the finish, such as:


  • Fading or discolouration
  • Scratches or abrasions
  • Wear from cleaning or use
  • Damage from harsh chemicals or cleaners


These conditions are typically considered wear and tear or misuse, which are excluded from warranty coverage.
