Arrived well packaged, unfortunately I had ordered the wrong type as I needed a triple drain to incorporate the dishwasher and washing machine as well as the sink. I paid the postage to return the item and received a prompt response that it had been received and the money was quickly refunded into my account. I was very satisfied how simple the process was.
