Sauber Thun Pull Out Kitchen Tap - Dual Lever Brushed Nickel

This is a high quality, sturdy tap especially for the price. Note: the pull out "shower spray" includes a weight underneath for the attachment to retract, and that needs decent clearance under the sink for the weight to flow freely up and down. Our sink is too close to the cabinet underneath. Plumbworld service was amazing. When I mentioned the problem to them, they sent me an additional weight; sadly it still won't work with our unusually confined cupboard space. We are still happy with the tap though.

I saw this tap on line and liked all of it's features.When the tap arrived, it was much better than the picture, being solid, well made and smart looking. The extendable end is extremely useful and returns to it's original position, thanks to a well designed weight under the work-surface. Plumbworld were amazing offering help and advice throughout. I am delighted with my purchase and would definitely recommend this tap and Company.

Tap was exactly as described, and delivery was on schedule. Happy with the product. I was unsure of the fittings that came with it, so contacted customer support. I was told I would be contacted 24 hours after logging the support call. Received an email a week or two later, but by then I’d got a plumber in to fit it. I could have saved the plumbers fees if I had received their video response email earlier.

This product is solid. No plastic components on main part of tap. The pulldown is solid metal. It was better than expected as have never brought from this company before buying my sink. Have to say, thoroughly recommend them. The instructions were generic and when I contacted them about pulldown instructions, they sent video on how to fit, for my type. Thank you very much, love it.

We bought this tap for my daughters kitchen renovation. Beautiful tap, really well made and has a really robust fitment. Our only issue is the water pressure in the bungalow where the tanks don't have great help from gravity meant the flow was just no use. In a property with mains pressure this would be great.

I was looking for a pull-out tap that also provide separate hot and cold levers, and the Sauber unit not only looked good, but was also reasonably priced. After installing the tap, it feels sturdy and of good quality. Hopefully it will work reliably for the forseeable future and not develop any leaks.

Tap is good quality and looks great once fitted works as it should although had an issue with the pull out nozzle but this I'd due to clearance e required in the cupboard below. Original.order was lost by royal mail one online chat and this was replaced and arrived next two days super service

Bought this tap and have to say I really like it bigger than I thought looks great on sink works very well great value for money it is very good quality pull out is handy to wash things and to also clean sink ‘ service was great fast delivery too definitely would buy again from plum world thanks

Great tap, nice and solid but absolutely no installation instructions other than the same generic ones you see on this page. It’s not too difficult to work out. You do get a few spare rubber washers which is nice. Overall a great tap for a fraction of what some companies are charging.

Solid and efficient unit. Connecting hoses were too short and had to be replaced on fitting to mains supply which is a common problem with most of these new accessories. Otherwise most pleased with this tap unit available at a competitive price.

I was honestly not expecting the tap to be anywhere as well made as it is at this price you really can't fault the quality of operation and finish. As always the service from plumbworld was first rate from order to speedy delivery

Looks great works well. Make sure you have room for the pipe work and weight though as its really tight and can be a pig to fit if youve got a deep sink and limited access. Like I did. Really happy with it once fitted. Great value.

Loved the tap from the look, colour and the pull out feature. My old tap left a lot of splashes around the sink areas. The water flow is fab no splashes. Just great. Wished I changed my old tap to this one years ago. Loving it.

I have purchased this product from plumworld and didn’t expect the sink bowl would be so deep but yes it’s a bonus for me all in all very happy with the sink quality is good looks very modern, I would recommend this product

Really like the tap - pulls out fine, feels solid. Was a bit bigger than I imagined, so be sure to measure if youve cupboards over the sink and the weight to draw the hose back in needs space under the sink. But all good.

Really happy with this, especially for the low price. Really well made and leak free. Love the flexibility of the extension. Easy to fit. Instructions werent the best but watched a YouTube video which helped immensely.

This is a good quality tap with very smoothe action of levers and swivelling neck and the pull down action of the nozzle is preferable to the ones that don't pull through but just flex inside a sprung outer casing.

Extendable hose is attached to a weight underneath the sink to help it retract back into the tap. It won't fly back in but will gently feed back into the tap and will need a gentle push to ensure it's fully seated back in position. Works pretty well. Only negatives are the main tap body is a little wobbly, mine was fitted by a professional plumber so i don't think it's an issue with fitment. It is also a fingerprint magnet. Overall happy with it, good value for money.

Delivery was fast and the tap looks great. Installation was strightforward as I have never installed this type of tap before. The tap appears to be well made and looks great in position. Saying that I am going to replace it with the type I had before due to the flow of the hot water being less than half of what it was. I didn't appreciate the flow would be reduced by so much.

I have given 4 stars because I can't comment on performance until it's installed. However, the delivery was prompt and the part was well packaged. The look and build quality seem excellent, especially considering the relatively low price of the tap. I'll update my star rating, up or down, accordingly once the tap has been fitted and tried.

The tap was way bigger than I had thought so had to return it. Sadly the postage cost of returning this was 20% of the cost of the tap itself! So an expensive lesson to me to measure things first. The tap is bigger than it looks on the photos. Seemed high quality though. Just beware of the cost of returning stuff if you get it wrong...

Looks of a high quality. These taps normally go for £100's given the pull out feature. I have had it installed and so far I would recommend it. The pull out pipe needs quite a bit of guiding to place it back in, but Ive been made aware that this is common. Overall, great product at a very good price point

This tap appears to be of good quality and was very reasonably priced. The item was despatched promptly and arrived in secure packaging at the predicted time. Very happy with this product now it is installed and functioning well

Really happy with tap. Improved our hot and cold water flow. Only small problem is the weight on the pull-out gets caught on the pipework so doesn't always return the pull out fully straight away. Eventually goes back in.

The tap handles are on the small side, but it does the job. Was easy to fit and matches my sink wonderfully. Really happy with the tap overall, and thank you plumbworld for making sure it came in perfect condition.

Arrived promptly. Works well. My tap doesn’t fully retract without help because the pipes under the sink stop it from moving freely. Not the tap’s fault! The levers are small and easy to use. Looks very smart.

This is a good solid tap. My local plumber got it up and running in no time. The pull out feature is not as flexible as a previous tap I owned, but the whole thing feels sturdy and definitely worth the price.

Lovely looking tap - goes well in kitchen and matches the sink great. Only issue is the flow isn’t very fast, very slow. Changed the end of the tap which has helped. Need more power.

Sturdy construction. Taller than I expected. The pullout part doesn’t sit snuggly on end and when you pull it out the tap swings in direction you pulling hose.

Seems a good solid tap and appears to have resolved my flow rate issues however fitting was fiddly around the pull out flexible piping (hence losing 1 star).

It is a good tap, but quite tough to attach by yourself, we had to get a plumber in in order to fix it. It works well, installation took some time.
