Sauber Vevey Brushed Steel Kitchen Mixer Tap

Deliberately purchased to cover a larger than usual sink-receiving entrance, the 58mm base worked perfectly. Additionally, though, this is an excellent looking tap and the horizontal lever holders are moulded into the design rather than being threaded inserts into the tap body. This means that keeping it clean in a hard-water area will be so much easier. Before purchasing, I needed to ask a couple of technical questions and Plumbworld proved to be excellent, too. I'm delighted with my purchase. The tap tails are very long at 400mm. Shorter examples are inexpensive and easy to locate.

I ordered this as it was a fraction of the price of most companies. It arrived promptly as stated and after unboxing was fitted within 20 minutes. I had emailed Plumbworld with a couple of questions prior to my order which were answered within 24 hours, this is my 3rd order from Plumbworld and because or the excellent sales service I will continue ordering shall I need any further plumbing products. All products are by well known manufacturers at a fraction of the price so well done Plumbworld.

The tap looks good and appears to be well made. Only time will tell. Fitting is easier with 2 pairs of hands. It suggests in the instructions to get the fixing bolt nearly tight with the tap at 90 degrees from its final place,then give the tap a final twist. We found that it didn't quite work because it tended to pivot about the bolt which is off centre. Tightening just with a spanner worked fine. If space is really limited you might need a box spanner

I have low mains pressure and my old tap only trickled out 2.5L.min it took about 4 minutes to fill a washing up bowl; the hot water was also just a trickle. I bought this tap because of the quoted flow rates and was not disappointed. The cold now flows at 8.5L/min, brilliant. The action of the levers is very smooth. I thoroughlt recommend this tap.

Compliments my new Sauber Sink perfectly. Unfortunately the hot tap became faulty within a week but brilliant service from plumbworld who replaced it immediately, hoping the second tap will be fine.

Our mixer tap we got from Howdens kitchens 5 years ago started to leak we ordered a new washer which was fitted but then started leaking from another place so was time to change completely. We looked around for a brushed chrome finish and wanted something similar After going on Google this product came up and was with a company i didn't know but looked very good, this product had good reviews although ugh a couple did say the flexi tales were long. We went ahead and ordered on a Sunday, said 3-4 working days delivery the tap was delivered on Thursday in good order. I decided to replace the tap myself and had the correct tap spanner, the flexi tales was long and longer than existing but managed to get them to fit, suppose better to be too big than too short, tightened up well and sat in place well, the measurements were all correct, swivels well and has a nice action for turning on and off. Good value for money would look at this company again for plumbing products again.

Good product but a little tight (access) on flexi fitting. Could only tighten flexi buy gripping the flex itself not ideal. Do not try to remove once fitted. would buy again as works very well.
