Brought this to replace an aging one that was 15 yrs old.
Much quieter as the bearings in the fan must of being going in the old one, so the new one is just background noise now. Also seem to be more efficient at getting the heat out.
If you already have gas CH, this is a no brainer with low running cost over the central heating that is already running.
