I received my order in December, however when it was unpacked we noticed that there was some damage to the front. I notified Plumbworld as soon as I could and they replaced the item with no quibbling and I received it within 24 hours of notifying them. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jack and would (should the need arise) use them again with no qualms.
The radiator cover is gorgeous, very stylish and well worth what we paid for it.
