I received my order in December, however when it was unpacked we noticed that there was some damage to the front. I notified Plumbworld as soon as I could and they replaced the item with no quibbling and I received it within 24 hours of notifying them. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jack and would (should the need arise) use them again with no qualms. The radiator cover is gorgeous, very stylish and well worth what we paid for it.

Extremely happy with this product and customer service. There was a slight fault on our initial order but Oliver in Customer Care sorted our query out straight away with a replacement sent within 24hours.
