Vale Designs Grey Radiator Cover - Large with Drawers 1500mm

Very pleased with this item, upon unpacking we were impressed with both the weight of the front panel & side supports with are sturdy & solid, not flimsy. The assembly instructions are easy to follow & in a logical step by step order. The end result upon completion is a solid unit which is sturdy & quite capable of free standing although securing to the wall with the supplied brackets is recommended. It also actually looks like the picture advertised too.

Good quality, easy to put together and looks good.....much better than all the other covers we looked in to, most of which were far too deep and would take up too much room in our hallway! Pleasantly surprised. We did have to raise it up on furniture pads as our radiator is higher up the wall but this wasn't a problem. Delivery was on time but be aware that the package is heavy, the delivery driver struggled to lift it on his own

Had been thinking about getting a radiator cover for some time but the ones we kept seeing on the internet didnt inspire me much. That was until we saw the one from Plumbworld, I decided to buy it and can honestly say my experience using plumworld from placing the order to delivery was amazing. Finish is smooth and fitting instructions easy to follow. Cover is sturdy and fits well over radiator and skirting. Like the design as there is not much of a gap at base of cover which is one of the reason we chose this. The cover is quite high and sits well above the wall radiator ( we have a 600mm high radiator ) and this may not be to everyone's liking.

Really good looking radiator cover. Quality made and easy to put together. All fixings to assemble cover were spot on unlike some other flat pack items. Instructions are very easy to follow. My original order arrived and unfortunately one part was damaged but Plumbworld apologised and dispatched another the same day which arrived perfectly the next day. I received my order in December, however when it was unpacked we noticed that there was some damage to the front. I notified Plumbworld as soon as I could and they replaced the item with no quibbling and I received it within 24 hours of notifying them. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jack and would (should the need arise) use them again with no qualms. The radiator cover is gorgeous, very stylish and well worth what we paid for it.

Very happy with this purchase. Initially discounted purchasing as cost was higher than I wanted to pay. However, I'm so pleased that I went ahead and bought this lovely cream radiator cover as it's really complemented the room. The order process was quick and easy. Communication from Plumbworld was good. Delivery was efficient and prompt. The quality and appearance of the cover is excellent. Very happy and wouldn't hesitate to use Plumbworld again.

Ordered this item to cover an unsightly radiator but when it arrived there was a scratch to the top panel. I sent a photo of the scratch as requested and a full replacement radiator cover was sent out so I was really impressed with the customer service experience. The old one I modified by cutting off the drawer section to reduce the height and fitted to an upstairs radiator where the damaged panel isnt as noticeable. Really pleased with the cover.

This item is a great idea to cover an ugly radiator and provide extra storage . It looks very smart and assembly is pretty simple if you follow instructions and do not rush. I found the drawers were a bit slack either side but resolved this with adhesive pads on the internal sides of drawer areas and the back , very easy solution. I would totally recommend this unit .

Decided to upgrade our entrance hall and spotted this unit to hide the panel radiator that was looking very tatty. The transaction was seemless and was the lowest price around. The unit came well packaged and am very pleased with the high quality. It was easy to assemble and Install. Would definitely buy again from this supplier. .

Well made and easy to assemble the cover looks just like the photo (well a little lighter but suits my hall). Drawer large enough for a bunch of keys and quite a few items it is a bit ‘slidey’ i have to arrange it centrally after use. Apart from that. Nice piece of ‘furniture’ that looks good and is good value for money too.

Extremely happy with this product and customer service. There was a slight fault on our initial order but Oliver in Customer Care sorted our query out straight away with a replacement sent within 24hours. My husband assembled this easily. Sadly I hadnt measured correctly so I hadnt allowed for the drawers, this has meant we need the plumber to lower the radiator so this can be put in place. So be careful to follow the measurement guide better than I did. But it looks lovely and I look forward to seeing it fitted soon.

Good quality item easy to assemble. If I could change anything I would have preferred it not to have pre-cut skirting on the sides as they were not a match for my skirting. The draws do not open very wide when the safety clips are fitted. Still very pleased with the item and I would recommend it

Item delivered on time, came in a large flat box as expected, all sections were wrapped up and secure. Fitting instructions nice and easy so just took my time and built it up. Looks really good and very pleased would recommend. Excellent service and a excellent product. very pleased hence 5 star

Very happy with this piece of furniture. Looks incredibly smart underneath my tv to cover unsightly sockets/wires Clever design to make safe against the wall making it easy access behind but still very safe and sturdy. Looks as good as on the website.

Luvly radiator cover Looks so nice in living room

The item is exactly as pictured and described with minimally packaging. The measurements on the website were precise and I was able to purchase the correct size for my needs. It took me approximately 1.5 hours to assemble. My only issue with it is the drawers are quite small and 1. Don’t fit snuggly within the hole and therefore slide side to side and 2. Are much shorter than the depth of the top shelf, so whilst there are drawer stoppers (nice touch so you don’t spill the contents every time) they’re so short that you can hardly fit your hand in to put an object inside. I also have not yet secured the radiator cover to my wall and that may help with the drawer depth issues. The delivery was extremely quick and I was updated regularly so definite thumbs up to Plumbworld for that and the customer service and return options are good, though I haven’t had to use them but this was a reason to choose Plumbworld over Amazon (which was also more expensive).

This product was brilliant and easy to assemble, would recommend it is good quality and finished off our room in style.
