Reginox Traditional White Ceramic 1 Bowl Kitchen Sink with Waste Included - RL304CW

My kitchen has been in need of a make over for years... but it's the kind of room where if you start one thing, everything else will need doing too! So began to look around for inspiration and spotted this sink on another sight originally, had ordered new worktops and had the job ready to go... before purchasing I thought I'd check out the reviews and the company had an awful rep! More searching I found the exact same same cheaper on Plumbworld! It was on back order due to covid but was advised the whole way and emailed with a very helpful customer service rep. When the sink arrived the courier brought it downstairs to my kitchen (awkward with the steps) opened it with me to check everything was in order. It went in a few days later and I cried I was so thrilled. It has transformed not only the kitchen but because of that the whole house. The old stainless steel sink is long gone and so happy. Never spent so much time in my kitchen!

very pleased with this ceramic sink, fitting was reasonable and rather easy, just heavy for one old man but when in looks really superb, now for a little moan, the drainer was an issue the design is not straight forward, compared to other makers the screw thread is not a complete radius, anyone who has come across this issue will understand, but the drainer has two flats one either side of the unit, after two or three attempts to tighten the u-bend it seemed the nut just slipped loose, this people if it occurs is one must push firmly in an upward direction so as to pick up the last two threads and it then tightens beautifully and no leaks appeared, tried with old drainer no problems what so ever it is just this sinks drainer that appears to be at fault, still highly recommend this sink issues or no issues, they are all rectifiable and a challenge is always good for the sole......enjoy everyone.

We ordered this sink and it was delivered within 6 days. On opening the packaging it was found to have a chip out of one corner of the drainer lip. I emailed Plumbworld straight away attaching photos of the damage and within 24 hours I had a reply saying a replacement was on its way. Today, 5 days from my email I had the replacement sink delivered free of charge in pristine condition and the damaged sink returned to the same delivery gent. The sink looks a quality product and good value for money and will be fitted within the next few weeks to complete our kitchen refurb. Although we had this hiccup I would recommend Plumbworld as a reliable and trustworthy company and if any problems do occur then they can be relied upon to sort things out straight away. Very satisfied customer!

We ordered and received this fine ceramic sink in double quick time . The product was not well packed by the manufacturer and arrived chipped on one corner where there was very little protective packing . We immediately let Plumbworld know and without hesitation a replacement sink was sent and arrived a couple of days later . Plumbworld were great . The replacement sink is fine and now fully installed in our kitchen . Its a fine sink that has a large bowl area and a decent draiwer. We've teamed it up with a Reginox brushed steel tap also from Plumbworld and we are delighted with both the look and the quality in our renovated kitchen . Thanks Plumbworld for putting matters right and without any hassle.

Have not installed the sink yet but seems to be of very good quality, heavy and sturdy. Delivery was very quick considering it coming from England to Northern Ireland, a lot of local businesses giving a one month wait to get it delivered and this got delivered 3 days after purchase! Communication was great, with delivery company contacting prior to delivery to schedule it and on the day to give a time for delivery. Price was very fair when comparing buying locally and having to wait ridiculous time to get it delivered. Customer support quick in answering queries and very friendly. Will definitely consider buy again from this company and recommending them to others.

Bought to replace existing stainless steel sink so hole all ready cut in work top. So it was really helpful that all the dimensions were given in product description and this one was an exact fit. Product delivered by friendly helpful courier on time we’ll packaged in perfect condition. As described and fitted perfectly into hole already cut into work top. Great quality and excellent value for money.

Great service, great product. Even though item was delayed a couple of times, I was kept up to date via email. Excellent communication on delivery day. The product is fantastic better then expected. We purchased this sink as part of a refurbishment project on our kitchen. It certainly has made a difference. The sink is a really useful size and looks great. The sink is really heavy to lift but fortunately my husband is strong and managed to fit the sink himself. He watched the video clip first about punching out the tap holes.

If you’re looking for a large bowl then you need to take a look at this one. Even the people who installed it for me (it’s too heavy for one person) said how big it is. They also said it was a good flat base, as apparently some are not so. Haven’t had it long enough to say about durability, but I feel sure that it will be ok.

I love this new sink ...it was well packaged which I appreciated as some items I received while putting in a new kitchen were not and caused me problems... Nothing to do with plumworld.... It is the center piece to my kitchen and admired by my friends..it looks lovely... Solid and practical

Order this sink but the first one had a slight chip on the side. Reported the damage through the online form and got a new sink delivered within a week. The driver also picked up the damaged sink. Thank you so much its great to see a company that is effective and is customer focussed.

We bought this sink as we were doing a kitchen update and it looks absolutely fabulous, looks far more expensive than it was. It cleans/wipes down well and has really lifted the look of our kitchen. We bought the matching Reginox tap that looks fab with it. Definitely a good buy.

Ordered this sink and arrived promptly and in good condition, also added a matching tap to go alongside. Sink was heavy but is expected however feels well made. Very happy with it after installing, hope it lasts many years. Would upload a picture if review allowed the option.

Ordered new sink. Arrived when it said it would. Unfortunately had a big bow in the sink from when it was fired, Not plumbworlds fault. Contacted plumworld and they were great. Got a new one sent out straight away which was perfect. Great product and great service.

Received on time and quick delivery. Sink is stunning and we are so pleased with it. We have fitted a new kitchen and this has completed it lovely. Trying to punch out the hole for the sink was a bit tricky but other than that its great.

It might be weird to love a sink, but this one is gorgeous - it's hard to see in the picture but it is quite chunky looking and raises off the worktop, looks stunning and is the star of the show. Everybody comments and go to touch it :)

Ordered the sink online and it arrived promptly. Unfortunately it had the two tiniest of marks on a corner. We duly photographed the fault and sent the picture. Immediate response and replacement sent. Looks amazing. Great service.

I am delighted with my new sink. It is solid and expensive looking but was in fact very reasonably priced. Delivery was free and arrived exactly when promised with a cheerful and helpful driver. Brilliant service all round.

My missus loves it and so do I. Huge bowl for washing virtually anything in. Pots and pans ,clothes, even the Dog. Be prepared for the weight on installation but on the upside when bedded on Silicon it doesn't move anywhere.
