Affine Amelie Close Coupled Back to Wall Rimless Toilet with Soft Close Seat

Chose this item as a replacement toilet in our ensuite which was over 20 years old and so glad we did. Extremely good design and compact without being too small. DIY install was so easy. We had an issue with the first courier company as only the seat and cistern were delivered. However this was quickly sorted within an hour of delivery by contacting Plumbworld customer service, confirming that the courier had lost part of the item. This was remedied immediately by sending a replacement toilet pan next day by an alternative courier. Excellent service !

I purchased this slimline soft close seat after reading how hygienic they are to clean and use, it is a bit smaller than my other toilet, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. I am very impressed with the customer service of Plumbworld as the first cistern arrived broken don’t now how because it was packed to the gunnels anyway they replaced the cistern the next day. I wish more companies were as efficient and treat there customers with respect like Plumbworld does. A very happy customer

We ordered this toilet to replace our existing, cracked one. We liked the style of it, especially as it was less deep for our en-suite. Our plumber fitted it comfortably although ugh did have to buy a Flexi waste pipe connector. The flush is powerful & we like the rimless bowl. The flush & cistern fill is a little noisy but we are waiting for the plumber to return to check this. All in all a really good , attractive, toilet at a reasonable price. Excellent delivery and really well packaged.

The outer packaging used by Plumbworld was superb but the product arrived damaged and that can only have been caused prior to being put in the outer package. I was slightly concerned that although ugh I inspected the product on arrival, it looked perfect when I opened the box. However, when I came to install it a week later I lifted it out of the box and found the toilet damaged. No need to fear, Plumbworld were very apologetic and sent a replacement the next day. Great service!

Quite a lot smaller than the one it replaced. Very neat with smooth lines. Dual flush but find I usually need to use the larger one which is excellent and quite powerful.

Bought one of these for our bathroom and was so impressed with it that we bought another for the ensuite. Great company, communication and delivery second to none.

Unable to get bathroom fitted yet due to covid but looking forward to getting it modernised very soon. Unfortunately the cistern was badly smashed on delivery but the service was absolutely brilliant from Plumbword & they had a replacement delivered the following day, which we thought was incredible. The rimless toilet isnt quite how I expected as there is a partial rim of sorts around it but I think it will be easier to clean it once fitted. Looking forward to modernising my bathroom.
