Very happy with my purchase of the rimless toilet ans premium soft close seat. Item arrived on time, item as described and extremely well packaged.
The toilet seat lid however was broken in two but a phone call to the customer services team was excellent in that a replacement was ordered there and then and delivered within two days.

Really impressed with this brand. No issues to complain about. The flush is excellent on both buttons. It takes about 15 seconds to refill the tank and it doesn't make much noise either. Being a rimless toilet the water when flushed goes all the way around the rim. I will be getting the same model for our downstairs toilet. Well impressed.
