Includes a basin mixer tap
This basin has a single offset tap hole and comes with a shiny chrome basin mixer tap. Basin mixers are perfect for smaller bathrooms because they use less space than traditional pillar taps, plus they offer superior control over your water. This particular tap will perform on a water system with pressure of 0.4 to 1.2 Bar. Your toilet with sink on top will be space saving, cost-effective, and it will work - what more could you ask for?

Very heavy item but didn't need bolts to hold the toilet base to floor securely. Very sturdy loo with soft close seat and lid.
The hot/cold tap easy to use and the integrated sink saves a lot of space, especially if there is hardly any room for a separate wash basin and/or for smaller than average or narrow bathrooms.
Very pleased with this product, it looks great and would highly recommend.
