Very heavy item but didn't need bolts to hold the toilet base to floor securely. Very sturdy loo with soft close seat and lid. The hot/cold tap easy to use and the integrated sink saves a lot of space, especially if there is hardly any room for a separate wash basin and/or for smaller than average or narrow bathrooms. Very pleased with this product, it looks great and would highly recommend.

I have purchased 4 of these and am very happy with them. even when i had a problem with the tap on 1 of them it was replaced very quickly and with minimal fuss. would highly recommend.

We love this for our small room that we put a loo in. Saves water as it stores the water you wash your hands with to flush the loo next flush. Stylish as well.

Bought this combo toilet sink for a very small room. Works perfectly (with the help of a good plumber!). Solid, sturdy and looks stylish.

Excellent in delivery design and designated use. I only needed a cold feed to the tap but you can plumb hot to the mixer if you wish.

We've had this installed for a few weeks now and it's a great product. Most items similar to this do not recycle the handbasin water and are therefore more bulky. This is really neat and a brilliant space saving option. There are a couple of things to be aware of: this is very heavy because it is a one piece solution (around 55kg). We were installing upstairs and had to make sure it was over a joist for support Also, the seat fixings are pretty much inaccessible once the toilet is installed and don't tighten quite as much as we would like so there is a little seat movement. However, overall, it's really good.

This product is perfect for small bathroom/ cloakroom projects. Our builder said it was easy to install, but it does not have bolt fixings to hold it down, so there has been minor movement since the install. The toilet seat doesn't seem very tight, but the soft close works brilliantly. The sink it great but not secured to the rest of the toilet. I guess this is for easy maintenance. There is also no plug supplied for the sink. Overall it looks great and functions brilliantly. would be 5 star if it had better fixings to the ground.

Really love the look of this, now it's plumbed in. Ingenious space saver for a small bathroom or ensuite. Gives a real contemporary look to our new shower room and allowed us to fit a much bigger shower. Plumber did have a bit of an issue plumbing the back in as it was low and tight, so just check your pipe siting and dimensions first to ensure no time wasted. Once resolved everything went in a dream. Great that such nice taps were included. Recommend

Great product and good quality. Worked really well for a small space, looks and feels a quality product. Only negative is the basin has a slight curve so does not sit flush to the wall, hence 4 stars not 5. Would still recommend, just need to plan how you will fill gap of about 1 inch behind basin, I used a thin strip of plastic beading and a tile and filled with silicone...Happy with look.

Hello! We’ve yet to install the toilet, quality looks great, however we have found a hairline crack in the upper section of the cistern that looks as if it has been ‘patched up’. Given that the crack is above the water level we’re not going to ask for a replacement, but if the crack were to get worse in the near future we will.

I can't describe the luxury of this divine porcelain throne, the addition of a b'day on the top is inspired. It's a little tricky to get your butt at just the right angle but worth it to make sure your hole is squeaky clean!

Took a few messages back and forth to establish that this was really a grey water toilet with the sink feeding the cistern but were satisfied with the response. Perfect solution for our 44sqm new modular builds.

Nice looking and ideal for small wc's. Would have been better if there had been space on the basin for soap though, which I hadn't considered until it was plumbed in, hence 4 stars.

Requires lots of plumbing connecting hot and cold up through the cistern tank. Good product pleased with final installation.

Great idea as we couldn’t fit a basin in, would be perfect if lid hadn’t had to be down to wash hands as it gets in the way.

A high quality product that is straight forward to fit and looks and feels like it should be twice the price of what I paid.
