As well as the gasket which im assuming is supplied with the cartridge?, theres also a rubber O ring which sits behind the cartridge. Is this also supplied with the cartridge and if so do you also sell spare O rings separately?.
The cartridge includes the fixing screws, gasket/filter & the O-ring. We don't sell the O-rings on their own.
We needed a new mixer valve for our system as the old unit was on its way out, Looked around online and found a replacement part on the site for a really good price. Part was ordered and arrived in the alloted time

Searched local sellers & not in stock & would be at least 2/3 days for arrival at there retail shops & the part was £25 more. This part from Plumbworld was in stock & available for next day delivery for extra £4. Sales lady was very helpful all-sorted in a few minutes, email received from plumbworld asap once paid & email for courier for next day delivery. Part arrived with new gaskets & screws & a 5 min fit. Shower worked perfect & no more leaks & the control knob was easier to rotate than the old part. So a happy wife, which in turn makes me a happy man, happy days.
