Aqualisa Shower Head Holder (Pinch Grip) 25mm Chrome

I ordered this item four days ago it was delivered as stated within 3 days which was excellent. I’m 80 years old and have been widowed for 2 years not used to doing odd jobs like this as my late husband was an excellent handyman, but I thought I would have an attempt at putting this up as I had been quoted £150 by a tradesman to do this, but I had no problems it was straight forward and now I no longer after 2 years suffering from my shower head sliding out of the holder or slipping into a different position, my shower head is now in a solid safe position easily adjusted thank you.

Does exactly what it says on the tin! Significantly more cost effective than the named version, but the same in form, fit and function. Equally as good as the original item replaced. Delivery took a little longer than I had anticipated, but all perfect once it was here. Installed easily within 5 mins and working a treat one month after installation. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Plumbworld again.

Needed a genuine Aqualisa part and needed it quickly. Rang round locally and no one had it and most didn't even understand what i was talking about....so headed online and saw a positive review for Plumbworld and low and behold, in stock and at a great price and delivered free and with me within a couple of days. For service & price, this is a keeper as one of my preferred suppliers now....Result !

Having discussed the suitability of this Aqualisa pinch grip for my 15-year old broken one, my purchase arrived quickly as promised. Fitting it, for a man with limited technical ability, was a piece of cake! It looks much smarter and more expensive than what it replaced, and it works a treat. As it was such reasonable price I’m going to buy another one to fit in our en-suite shower.

I was a tad wary of buying this in the net, but I did - and have no regrets! It's high quality, easy to fit and does exactly what it's supposed to do. This is the first time I've had to replace this type of item - and with 2 other Aqualisa showers I'll know exactly where to go if either of the others needs replacing. Service from Plumbworld was excellent - again!

Don't know why someone hadn't thought of it before, but the new handset holder is absolutely brilliant. It was so easy to fit and it should last year's, not the short time that other holders have survived. The service from Pumbworld was pretty in good too.

I originally intended to replace this item from Aqualisa but found Plumbworld online. It cost less than half the price quoted by Aqualisa and Plumbworld processed the order and delivered within three days and it's exactly the same quality item . Great

We have the top (ceiling) adjustable height head. One side of the Pinch Grip has broken away. How is a new Grip fitted? The tube enters the pump in the loft and is terminated at the bottom by a Push Button thermo controller. Can anyone help please?

Delivery was quick and free. The part was genuine Aqualisa and did job. One criticism was that there was no fitting instructions with part and I am Electronics Engineer rather than plumber. All sorted with information from UTube!!

Replacement for our old one which broke but in any event kept sliding down the pôle as did the one before that - turns out we had the wrong size! - so far this one is performing perfectly so fingers crossed third time lucky!!!!

I ordered a new one after snapping an internal piece of the chrome clamp. It comes apart in two main pieces so was very quick and easy to install. No need to remove the grey plastic sleeve from the pole. 3 min job.

The product looks better than the original and works well. It was easy to fit, just a screwdriver needed. The only problem was the courier lost the original part so there was a significant delay in receiving it.

Genuine Aqualisa replacement part for when the shower head slips constantly down the pole. This item has the ratchet adjustable grip so the angle of the shower head can be adjusted.

Works and looks fine. Its still made of plastic as was the original so vulnerable to breaking. So whether it deserves 5 stars is perhaps questionable.

Excellent shower Head Holder. Exactly as described. The ratchet on the holder which accommodates the shower head and allows it to rake up and down is a bit fierce and I worry about breaking it when I adjust the head angle.

Excellent product. Much more reliable than previous models. The ratchet feels as though something would break but I have been using it for some time know without any problem.

Holds the shower head fine. It’s quite hard to alter the head angle, you have to put quite a lot of pressure on to make it move. I’d rather that than it be too easy.
