Looks smart, perfect for family bathrooms
Arrived swiftly, packaged well. Looks very smart, it works very well and it was straightforward for my husband to install- he found a video on YouTube and followed that. There's no issue with the height which some previous reviews mention - I think they must have changed the length of the connecting hose between the tap and shower since then as it's quite long now- we had been worried about that when ordering. My husband is 6ft2 and he fits under it nicely. Our little girl prefers to use the height adjustable shower-head so this is ideal for families. Hope this is helpful!

Style And Function for a great price
Really stylish fitting for a great price and perfect for my my new bathroom. The taps have a great feel to them, work really smoothly and both the shower heads are great and easy to switch between the three. The design is the selling point for me though, it looks much more expensive than it is but doesn't compromise on function. My bathroom is quite tight and the boiler is awkwardly placed so I wanted something that took minimal plumbing in so an all in one tap and shower mixer set was the ideal solution. I'm keeping my eye on the matching basin tap for my next project!
Great shower unit
There appear to be only 2 options in the UK for having a shower with 2 heads that connect to the bath taps and Plumbworld sells them both! We went with the round version as opposed to the square and I'm happy with this choice. Having more variety in terms of the bath taps would have been great, but like I said I found no other options that fit my criteria. You get plenty of height for the overhead shower and you can angle it to help direct the shower water. The hand held shower head is powerful, having a shower is a delight. I highly recommend this product.
Best Buy!
I am currently renovating my whole house myself. Zero experience in doing so, but this tap made me feel like I can conquer anything! Such a lovely finish and water doesn't settle in the open part which is a bonus. I was accidentally sent the wrong tap but 24 hours later the right one came and the wrong one was taken away! We have yet to add on the shower as I am getting the tiling done first before adding it on but it looks great so far! Wish I had more bathrooms to fix up! Plumbworld is the place to go!
Great shower!
Great looking shower, a perfect solution to have a power shower coming out of the bathtub taps, without the need to break the wall. It was extremely easy to install, with the exception of fixing the wall mounts - having to put a screwdriver through was really awkward. But all in all, great purchase, highly recommend!
Replaced our old electric shower!
We bought this new taps and shower to replace our old electric shower! Absolutely delighted with it - didn’t want to take tiles off to fit a thermostatic mixer shower, this was the perfect solution and according to our really helpful friend who fitted it it was really easy to do! Highly recommend it!
Unbeatable for the price
Beautifully stylish, enormous rainfall shower head, smooth on/off taps, and a standard size so no issues with fitting. Unbeatable at this price. Oh, and it arrived by next day delivery although ugh I live on an island that some retailers will not serve at all. I just hope it lasts a few years...

Contacted customer service before buying. They were very helpful. Shower delivered had a faulty diverter valve. Replacement valve arrived the next day. Nothing wrong with replacement. Love the shower. Pressure is fantastic. Very happy with my purchase.

The shower looks great, fitting was simple and water pressure/flow is fine. Height is not a problem, I have it so a 6+ft person would fit under it with room to spare and there is plenty of hose to go a lot higher. I would recommend.

Product is Okay
This shower looks great and is powerful. It is very stylish in our new bathroom! The only problem with this product, if the bar and shower head is fitted according to the length of the shower hose, no one over 5ft 8 would be able to shower comfortably under the rain showerhead. We fitted ours to accommodate my 6ft 3 partner and had to buy a new shower hose to go from the bar fitting to the taps. When I spoke with Customer Services, they were very unhelpful and basically said it was our problem. Good shower but think carefully about fitting it.
