Architeckt Edsberg Black Waterfall High Rise Basin Mixer Waterfall Tap

I purchased this high rise waterfall tap after scouring the Internet for similar products and literally finding nothing else like it because everything else seemed to have a very square design with sharp angles, or had the handle mounted on the side so the temperature adjustment would be an up and down movement rather than side-to-side. I was very specific about what I wanted our tap to look like in order to complement our new countertop basin and the overarching theme of our ensuite in general (curved fixtures and round fittings) and this tap ticked all of my boxes. It definitely won my partner over as well when she saw the end result, whereas previously she would roll her eyes and wonder why I was obsessing over taps! Everything else in the room was purchased via a local retailer but I made an exception for this tap because they didn't have anything like it either and tried to deter me by saying that they couldn't guarantee its quality. However, I'm delighted with my purchase in terms of its look and feel. Delivery was swift, the price was very reasonable, and it came with a 5 year guarantee so I'm hoping this will prove excellent value in the long run provided the chrome finish stands the test of time. Was looking everywhere for a tap like this without any luck , was told to look on the internet so I did can and found this tap , over the moon with it and how quick it came . Next time I need a tap plumb world will be the first place I will look

Bought this to replace our standard tall tap, which squirted water down near the edge of the basin. This one tends to throw the water more into the centre of the basin making it much easier to use. It also looks great.

This Architeckt tap is easy to use, modern and stylish in design. The height is perfect with countertop basins and provides a lovely flow of water. This would complement ant modern style bathroom or en-suite.

Lovely looking taps can’t wait to have them in situ when my bathroom is refitted. Delivery was super super fast, I will definitely use and recommend again.

This is a great tap - very well made and looks fantastic when installed. The problem I had is that it leaked 2 or 3 days after installation. The leak came from the ceramic cartridge and really was just a "weep". Plumworld replaced it immediately with their usual no-fuss efficiency. The new tap also began to leak after 2 or 3 days. Then we replaced the cartridge, then the whole tap again and as both began to leak after 2 or 3 days, we finally changed for a Hansgrohe tap which is working perfectly. Whilst looking for a suitable alternative tap, I noticed that the Plumbworld site quotes flow rates of up to 3 Bar for all taps but if you scroll right down to the specification, the manufacturer states all the Architekt taps are only suitable for water pressures up to 0.9 Bar. So, if you have well over 2 Bar as I do, you're going to run into trouble. Top marks to Plumbworld for their faultless customer service making me another very satisfied customer.

Perfect tap for my sink bowl, easy to install as well. The only slight criticism is that when you shut the water off it does sit there at the end as it has no where to go so little water drops are always there
