Architeckt Thermostatic Dual Head Bar Mixer Shower - Chrome, Round

I first purchased one of these to replace a faulty unit in our main bathroom, which is seldom used. So to cut costs, I purchased this complete shower. I was surprised at the quality of the chrome as it looks more expensive. When our shower failed in our en-suite after 6 years, I purchased another one. The problem with thermostatic showers is that the valve fails due to our hard water area. So I don't expect more than a few years use before the same happens again. They are simple to swap over if you have modern connections to the rear of the thermostatic unit. But to be able to purchase a complete shower and delivered within 24 hours at no extra cost, for less than £80 is simply outstanding. No local merchants can compete on price and service for this simple, but value for money quality product.

This shower is absolutely amazing and for a really good price. The finish is perfect and the water dispersal is the best EVER. Who doesn't want a waterfall shower effect? The thermostat is also incredible. My water temperature fluctuates like crazy but not with this shower. Class. Also, having the extra little hand held bit for a rinse down after a bath is a perk to say the least. Oh and delivery prices for next day are more than reasonable. Bathroom needs shall be bought from here from now on!

I bought this to replace a thermostatic mixer valve which had failed, fitting the valve was straightforward as was a direct replacement decided also to upgrade the pipework and fit new diverter valve. All in all worked very well, looks good and functions correctly with no temperature variation. And at half the price of other units I have seen advertised.

Bought as a swap for a very similar shower. Feels good quality, easy to fit straight onto existing supplies (150mm centres), adjustable riser rail height, pressure can be adjusted very low without affecting temperature so able to save water. I'm a bathroom fitter so see many similar products and I'm very happy with this shower in my own home.

I bought this barmixer unit after looking at other suppliers and seeing that their prices seemed to be higher so I thought I would take a chance in the hope that cheaper did not mean sub standard, however I should not have worried this product is excellent ,I'm delighted and so is my customer. I'm so, so pleased with this shower. My friend found it so easy to install and it looks great. The large shower head is fab and I use the handheld one to wash my hair. It's so easy to use to get the perfect temperature. Honestly you won't be disappointed if you buy it.

Well packaged and chrome parts protected nicely. Very easy to put together and feels like good quality materials used and works well. Doesn't quite match the manual but easy enough to work out. A nice looking and good performing shower.

Shower is good quality and nice having the choice of shower heads. The large waterfall head is a good size and prefer that over the handheld shower head. Easy to operate and change the temperature. Very good value for money.

I bought three of this shower for the new house we moved into, they are so lovely that when the shower in our old house needed a replacement hose, I bought a 4th one to change the whole shower. I recommend this product

I bought this as my bar mixer shower gave up the ghost and stopped working,this shower is almost a carbon copy of the one I had to replace,very easy to install and everything works perfectly,would highly recommend.

This shower is exactly what i needed to replace a leaking shower! The large shower head is brilliant and has the added bonus if the hand held shower, it ia also very easy to control!

Replaced a leaky unit and this fitted in almost perfectly (mount for shower head needed relocating). Works well - probably better than the original and looks good. Would recommend.

We found a mixer shower we were going to purchase on a rival site and then found this one on PlumbWorld over £100 cheaper. At first I was worried, why so much cheaper? But it is absolutely perfect. It’s a great quality product that has real impact and looks great. It’s smooth and stylish and the knobs are ideal and clear. It does have a slightly cheaper plastic element for the adjustable head, but it’s not really obvious and I don’t even notice now it’s been in a couple of weeks. The waterfall/round head is a great height and allows for a really great experience. It honestly feels like a fancy hotel shower - which is exactly what we wanted.

I recently purchased this Architeky Bar Shower as a replacement for a brass older style bar rain shower. Everything went well from the ordering right through to the fitting and use of this shower. It looks great...as good as all of the more expensive bar showers...It's so easy to use...the pressure + temperature are spot on as you can adjust both yourself AND...u can also use the main head and the hose handset at the same time if you really wanted to. There were no faults or damage to the shower and it now looks fabulous in my new bathroom. Thankyou Plumworld !!!!

A fantastic shower at a fantastic low price! This was bought to replace a single head shower that was inefficient, old and poor looking. The new one not only was fitted close to the side wall, but was able to have the "Raindrop Head" swiveled to centralise the output. Not only is it giving a better directional flow, hotter and more controllable, but enhances the whole look of the bathroom. Cannot speak highly enough of the product and the service received when I telephoned with a query before purchase. My plumber was equally impressed with it.

The shower works perfectly and was a simple swap with my old unit. There was a minor issue with the sliding holder for the adjustable head. I fitted a heavier adjustable jet head and the tension on the rotating holder was insufficient to support it. I emailed Plumbworld if it was possible to adjust the tension. In reply, they said that a new holder was in the post. That was received the next day and swapped in about 10 minutes. Excellent after sales service.

This really is a good shower! The bar deals with sudden water pressure changes excellently, no temperature changes here!! Plus the shower is really well thought out. The shower water flow pipe is the wall mounting as well so it's a tidy setup and it swivels at the top section too so you can move the head out of the way to prevent splashing whilst you wait for your water to heat up. All that and it's a great price too!

I’d spent a lot on the rest of my bathroom and every shower I looked at was at least 2X the price of this one for something decent. Customer service was great when I had a query so I decided to go for it. My plumber couldn’t believe the quality for the price, it’s a lovely shower and looks lovely in my new bathroom! Only thing I’d say is if you don’t turn it off properly it can drip but that’s not a major issue.

Well made with solid parts to the main shower, riser and drench head. Slight problem with the spray head but this was quickly replaced by Plumbworld. My plumber was equally impressed with the build quality and the ease of installation. One plus to the design, that is not mentioned in the description, is that the main head can be offset at an angle if your riser is not central within the shower enclosure.

Extremely pleased with this shower looks good and the shower heads are very pleasant to stand under. The smaller head can be used as a pressure shower while the square head gives a lovely relaxing rainfall type experience. Thermostat works well and is very easy to adjust to the required temperature. All at a very reasonable price. Would strongly recommend this shower.

I bought two of these showers to replace some ageing showers in our bathrooms and I'm glad I did. They are perfect. You get a nice 'rainfall' shower and not a power force but one that makes you thin you are standing in warm rain So relaxing. If you're sitting on the fence as to whether to buy one, just do it. And at Plumbworld prices you cannot go wrong.

Really good shower at an amazing price. A lot cheaper than the completion and just as good, if not better. On top of that, the customer service of PlumbWorld was one of the best I’ve experienced. Only issue, no matter how carful you are when installing it, it does scratch very very easily but was still higher quality than expected at this price.

I was really pleased with this shower which I have just fitted to replace a leaky one.It looks wonderful and was very easy to fit in place of the previous one. My only complaint is that it doesnt come with a user manual and I will have to explain the workings to my teenage grandchildren even though it is fairly simple to understand.

Thermostatic shower bar set .bought this to replace the old one it fitted exactly in the same place . Had to change all the shower heads and holders though as the new one has slightly different sizes . But very happy with the new shower would highly recommend. Delivered on time and perfectly wrapped for safe postage excellent.

Love this shower my only issue would be the fixing kit really needs to be cut back in to the wall I actually went out and bought a separate wall mounted fixing kit so I didn’t need to remove tiles but this really is a great shower temp is fantastic and transition between main head and handheld head is really smooth

This shower was bought to replace one that had been leaking for a while. It was very easy to install using the existing pipework and works perfectly with no temperature fluctuations when water is used elsewhere in the house. Looks as good as much more expensive ones which I looked at in a certain DIY chain

Purchased the Architeckt Mixer Shower. Long story short......Shower looks good, installed easy enough. Must compliment the customer service department here. Had a small problem, they sorted it out very, very fast. They seem to have the right kind of people working that department........well done.

Easy to install. Good level of water flow from the drencher head. Its also really useful that the head itself can be directed slightly, as can the bar, so you can move the drencher head to wgere you want it. I've also had issues in the past with water temperature, and this maintains the temp well

Bought this to replace an exsisting mixing bar and shiwer head. Fitted straight on to the pipes. Wanted a rainfall shower but due to a lowish ceiling didn't think 1 would fit, then found this beauty that is height adjustable, fitted well and no leaks from the seals provided Would recommend 5*

We bought a Architect square thermostatic shower valve @riser system from plumbworld delivery was exelent and the shower looks brilliant works how we expected plus easy to fit.we will use plumbworld again becouse its easy to order items ,fast delivery ,and a good product for the price you pay.

Purchase this as a replacement for current bathroom. Price was so much better than others on the market probably due to fact that shower heads are plastic but they look great and give a great rainfall shower with option of handheld shower and thermostat in control for safe water temperature.

I bought this as a direct replacement for my old chrome shower which wasn't working well due to lime scale build up. This shower has far better pressure than the old one and was easy to install. I'm very pleased overall, but will just have to see how it fairs with the lime scale over time.

We were replacing an Aqualisa shower that was out of warranty and looking grotty after 5 years of use and were a bit nervous about this product. However, we love it! It's great to be able to switch between the overhead and handheld shower and the water pressure is great. Highly recommend.

A really nice, well performing shower with clean jets and good spray. It looks the part. Has been easy to control and adjust. Only negative is that some parts of it are made from plastic so does not have a heavy/solid feel in your hand when using (knobs and handles).

Fitted the shower to find that the thermostat was fault. Emailed PlumbWorld and a new complete shower was delivered with 48 hours. I quibbles so excellent customer service. Replaced the mixer bar and all working. Excellent value for money and would recommend it

This shower is modern, stylish and practical. It makes a great addition to my monochrome bathroom. The shower was also excellent value for money when compared to other black showers on the market. The shower was also very easy for my bathroom fitter to install.

Had to call customer service as the address for Apple Pay was not correct, address changed! Also checked the warranty period on another shower I purchased and now have the spares on their way to me. All in a few minutes, shower installed and working great.

Clean, smart looking shower, easy to install and looks great in newly tiled bathroom. Only issue we had was the offset tap connectors were slightly longer so had to leave them aside and fit shorter ones but other than that everything was brilliant.

Easy to self install using correct wall plate fittings , and throw away the rubbish cranked connectors, supplied in the kit. Great value shower, easily replaced in future now correct wall plates are there. simples!

Superb looking piece of equipment. Works really well and is easy to use. Very powerful shower - water only needs to be on half pressure otherwise my head would bleed! Very highly recommended.

Very simple to fit. Be aware if replacing another shower there is a fixed position for the link on the upright that needs to be screwed into the wall. Easy controls and works a treat.
