I am happy to give this product a 5 star rating. However, the supplied booklet talks about filters but doesn't explain in the diagram where these are. It could be that to a plumber it is obvious. But to a DIY home owner who gets to install this type of product rarely in their lives it is not. After re plumbing my cold water supply from the loft and getting nowhere in terms of the cold water pressure, I stripped the new valve down and found nothing apparently wrong. I eventually found that the mentioned filters where behind the 90 deg elbows for the hot and cold feed. The cold was blocked with loft insulation! Plumbworld please add this information to your installation instructions.

Good value item
Had a problem when my Bristan wireless shower failed. Can't get any replacement parts and was left with the prospect of having to spend a lot of time and money to rectify this. This product came to the rescue as it was shallow enough to be fitted in the void that I had behind the tiles and plasterboard. A simple job to cut a hole big enough for the valve to get through, drop some 1.5m flexible pipes down the void and attach to the existing shower pipes and the water supplies. Works a treat and the price was very good. Would recommend this product and the service I received when it was ordered.

So far really impressed, the stated 2/3 day delivery was next day, but the fact that the valve was excellent quality and a fraction of the cost of similar items by other suppliers with free delivery, exceeded my expectations. The valve was standard dimensions so fitted easily and quickly. It was a smart minimalist design, good quality chrome and simple smooth operation. It also came with a ten year warranty, twice that of other suppliers. All pros, not one con, 100% satisfied.
Nice looking shower control
Bought this to replace an existing concealed shower. The existing unit didn't have the normal 150mm pipe centres and moving the pipes would have required significant disruption to the wall and existing finish. With the adjustable pipe centres on this unit this problem was easily overcome. It's also a nice looking unit and seems to work well.

This valve is stunning to look at and feel very well made , the hot and cold feed are adjust to suit pipework and tv he shower head outlet is reversible so can be connected top or bottom of the valve . For the price I’m very happy with the purchase and the after sales service from Plumbworld many thanks Guys
