Lovely compact toilet.
Lovely compact toilet. Nice quality, relatively easy to install with some DIY plumbing knowledge. Everything was in the box, toilet, cistern, cistern gubbins, toilet seat. All went together without any complications at all after reading all the instructions and back up of my own DIY knowledge. Toilet itself has no ugly nooks or cranies to hide dust and dirt on the outside of the bowl. Nice clean and simple lines, just what the Dr ordered for a simple easy clean. 10 / 10.

Good quality toilet, great service
Toilet seems good so far, flushes well and fits well in bathroom. Had an issue in that part of the delivery went missing and was then damaged by courier. Plumbworld customer service were super responsive and sent a replacement out straight away at no extra cost to myself. Spoke to 3 different advisers and each were friendly and helpful, would recommend for this alone.

Shortest projection wc that I could find, with Water Council approval and with flowing lines internally to help with the flush. Neat appearance. Prompt delivery from Plumbworld and great customer service when the original wc pan was damaged in transit - a replacement arrived within two days. Can’t ask for better than that ...
Good looking Loo!
Arrived really well packed and in good time. All fittings needed included although ugh prior to assembly the large rubber seal between tank and pan seems overlarge. Can't comment on operation as not yet installed (floor not done!) but initial check shows it should fit into existing waste pipe okay.

This toilet is very nice and compact ideal for a smaller bathroom or cloak room. Delivery was quick and had the added bonus of it being free and you could pick your day. The delivery company emailed you a time slot so no waiting in. All in all a fantastic toilet delivered on time to the day. Great

Only just fitted
Just fitted not had long enough yet for 5 stars comes with seat that the top covers the whole of the top but when lifted is slightly smaller than the pan comfy but if leaning back the seat rim does stick into you back looks great compact size happy with the toilet for my new cloakroom
Nice size for a small ensuite
Toilet was delivered promptly with no damages. All went together nicely first time with no leaks. The only downside is the seat seems a bit plasticky and a bit flimsy. Otherwise very good at the moment.
Simple smart and compact
Not plumbed in yet but I'm sure it'll look very smart in our new ensuite! Nice compact size. One complaint though, the cistern cover rocks slightly but I'm sure we'll get round that one.
