The delivery firm only delivered one part it was on time just lacking the complete ordered.
Customer services team contacted and within the hour they had responded with new instructions for the delivery firm and a new date for the remainder of the package

I was a little unsure about ordering the product online without seeing live, but no need. From selecting the product to receiving it, I was updated constantly at what stage we were at with despatch. When arrived, all items were professionally packed and well protected. Just one little issue that the toilet fixings were missing, but a call to Customer Care quickly sorted this, and the parts were received virtually the following day.
