The basin has an overflow hole and would need a slotted basin waste for this (product code 2WSTBSN004 would be suitable for this basin). In terms of the bottle trap for underneath the basin this isn't provided but can be purchased from a local plumbers merchant.
Really pleased with this unit. Easy to put together. Purchased separate brushed brass taps and brass handles from a different company and it looks stunning with the real oak fluted doors. Going to build a small ledge either side of the waste on the upper shelf to maximise storage.
Can fit approx 10 toilet rolls at the bottom! Looks more pine in the picture but definitely oak in the flesh.

Easy to put together, had no problem fitting the unit, i reserved judgement on having to put it together and how solid it would be but after building i would buy from plumbworld again no problem.
Called about the gold handles and the service was first class, answered and sorted out right away, for me product is 75% and service is 25% and Plumbworld disnt dissapoint.
