Artis Grey Gloss Back To Wall Toilet Unit & D Shape Saturn Toilet 500mm

I was a little unsure about ordering the product online without seeing live, but no need. From selecting the product to receiving it, I was updated constantly at what stage we were at with despatch. When arrived, all items were professionally packed and well protected. Just one little issue that the toilet fixings were missing, but a call to Customer Care quickly sorted this, and the parts were received virtually the following day. Very impressed all round. Would definitely use again.

An excellent product at a very competative price! My plumber did not have any difficulty fitting it as I had ordered the "Fitting Kit" and coupling as advised at the same time. Plumbworld answered my quieries promptly and efficiently when I considered these items

The whole of this unit is well put together and the materials used appear to be good. Delivery was very good and the cost of the items were very reasonable. I would certainly use this company again.

Only one thing that the fitter said about this unit is that it was hard to get his hands down the back to connect the pipes as it is only 215mm depth.other than that it's great.

Highly recommend. I would buy again though if you are hitting up againstt another product to present a seamless cabinet the toilet area when sitting is extremely tight.

Great for a cloakroom with space restrictions. The toilet does seem low compared to our house bathroom but the unit is stylish and together with the hand basin makes for a modern cloakroom

Looks the part and is working well but the installer was concerned about the quality of the syphon mechanism but it works efficiently

Be advised the lower rear bar which is there to make the unit stable and strong is pre drilled at the worst position possible ! The centre of the toilet waste is circa 180mm from the floor and the rear bar is the same height making connection impossible. You have to either remove the bar completely or re construct the unit. In my view very poorly designed

Fitted this fir a customer today and i must say its the worse unit we have ever fitted. All the bits inside really poorly made, had to pick up a new rubber from a local plumbers merchants because the one supplied was a loose fit. No room behind to get your hands in to work on it.

Ordered the toilet with hidden cistern Plumbworld confirmed delivery just as quickly as it was easy to order The delivery firm only delivered one part it was on time just lacking the complete ordered. Customer services team contacted and within the hour they had responded with new instructions for the delivery firm and a new date for the remainder of the package Everything they did was spot on the toilet arrived quickly and well packaged Many thanks for the quick response and resolve if the issues that arose Product is good and looks fine in the new loo

A great alternative to the old close coupled wcs and a neat little compact unit 500 mm wide . Hides all the pipework, easy to clean, and less depth outwards than a standard close coupled wc which helped floor area in my last job. It's important to get decent quality porcelain and for the price the pan is well fired and finnished . Another happy customer who hated pipework on show and awkward cleaning issues Highly recommend for a neat and modern look.

Over the moon with this unit, it’s half the depth toilet units normally come in and keeps the toilet from sitting too far into the room, the units themselves are exactly as per the pictures on the website and are finished to a really high standard, delivery was quick and they even pallet lifted it into my garage for me, will be ordering again that’s for sure, forget about the competition

The delivery service was brilliant it arrived on time and they kept me informed of delivery time .Toilet arrived as described there was a small problem which i rang customer service about ,they couldnt have been more helpful ,the issue was resolved straight away without any problems ,id definitley order from here again in the future .

Looks great in our en suite. Can't comment on ease of fitting etc as this was done by our builder bit the seat is hard to fit and so wobbles a little and the space for the water inlet doesn't leave enough room for an isolator valve. Otherwise looks great and glad we chose this style of wc

Very well made with most fittings included, the only things I had to get were the pan to floor fittings and a 90 degree elbow to fit the cistern. Had to make a bracket so the enclosure could be removed without dismantling the cistern.

Delivery was quick well packaged was an understatement as I was worried it wasn’t being fitted for a couple weeks so just hoped nothing was damaged and it wasn’t :) really nice toilet fantastic price overall very happy

Nice looking grey gloss unit.Easy install but it would be good if the holes were pre-cut as majority of the back to wall toilets are the same dimensions. Overall great value & as I said looks great once fitted.

Really happy with the product looks great in our small downstairs toilet. The flush is also really good and really quick to refill. Great purchase would recommend this product.

I liked the look of this toilet and unit and was not disappointed. It looks great in our downstairs cloakroom. The only thing I was a little surprised with was the small toilet seat and opening. Its much smaller than our other toilet in our main bathroom. For a large person this may present a problem. There was nothing to indicate that this was a smaller toilet when I ordered it. I looked at several different designs and assumed they would all be a regular size. I don't know if all the other designs are like this or are they just making toilets smaller these days like everything else?!

Firstly had to wait a while, wasn't in stock, then not in stock on eta day, arrived later than expected but Plumbworld sent delivery out quickly. Worth the wait, quality professionally made. Cistern was smaller than expected (probably right) but lid had slight crack so received another within 2 days, accidents happen.

Quality ok but a real faff to connect water supply to the concealed cistern and fit flush pipe the 600 wide unit would probably have made life easier

Everything was in order at a very reasonable price. Would recommend.
