We ordered a full bathroom suite from plumworld at a very good price and was a bit unsure about ordering online but we were pleasantly surprised as the products were very good quality for the price and when the bath arrived with a scratch due to delivery firm we contacted plumworld for a replacement. The customer service was excellent and they replaced very quickly with no problems. We added this end panel to our order and plumworld sent it free of charge out of good will. It is good quality as was the whole bathroom suite and far cheaper than other places.

I would have to say when ordering this product in I was a little worried about the quality of the product as without touching or seeing it I was concerned.
