Excellent product at such a reasonable price. I was concerned it would be "cheap and cheerful". But it is of good quality, a beautiful shape, especially for a small downstairs cloakroom. The soft close applies to the seat and the lid. Delivery was a couple of days later than specified but that is normal with many items at this time. Can definitely recommend the description fits the product.

We purchased this for our new downstairs WC. We really like the look and shape of this toilet, it came with a soft close lid and was simple and straight forward to install. Overall very happy, Plumbworld delivered fast and on time too. We have also ordered a new shower tray from them and will be checking them out for other items that we will be requiring. A+ service

Installed in our self build againstt a wall/self arrangement with a small hand sink. Under floor heating so unable to drill floor for the fixing arrangement. Instead glued the pedestal to the floor and back conte board and glued wooden blocks to the tiles inside before screwing. Very stable. works a treat, flushes and cleans itself very well.

Installed this with a concealed cistern and looks very stylish. It's a relatively short projection pan so fits well into small ensuites or cloakrooms. Recommended.

Appears to be very good value. Arrived on time. There was a slight delay that I had been told about as they were awaiting delivery of self-close toilet seats.

The height was important and this toilet is slightly higher than a normal one so suits us perfect live the shape no groves to collect unwanted germs
