Ceramica Milan Short Projection Close Coupled Toilet & Soft Close Seat

We were very pleased with the toliet. It came well packaged and arrived on time. Once installed, the toilet is very stylish and practical. I am glad the lid can be lifted off without first having to prise out the push buttons like other systems. It's also easy to adjust the volume of the flush which is just as well as the instructions for the inlet valve and flush were not the most intuitive. Overall, very pleased with the purchase. Can't understand how toilets costing three times as much could be that much better.

Needed to replace my faulty toilet and have a small bathroom. The toilet had to connect to a left bend waste, so purchased a bendy pan connector and the toilet fits perfectly into a snug space. Ordered online, selected my date and delivery came as promised. Checked the item over as it wasn’t being installed for a while and it was packaged very well, no problems. Toilet now installed, looks great and really happy with my purchase.

Arrived with a cracked/broken cistern lid. Customer services were superb and send a whole new cistern out to me asap. The toilet was quite easy to assemble and looks very nice in my downstairs WC. Very happy overall with this product and the services from Plumbworld

Toilet is great and looks lovely installed. The removable seat is a bonus for cleaning and is easy to take off and put back. The seat was missing a small screw cover and when I told plumbworld they sent a new seat immediately. Amazing service.

This wc was bought to fit in a small en suite to allow maximum floor space , I was surprise by both it’s appealing looks and easy function to use. The customer loves how it dovetailed into a small corner giving space within the rest of the room

clean lines - easy to fit - easier to keep clean than the old munipal looking loo - this item is both space saving and good internal design that increases flushability without excessive amounts of water required - would recommend

Very neat footprint and easy to install. Flush works well with minimal water use and quiet/fast refill. Seat/lid are easily removable for cleaning with a 2 button catch system.

This toilet ‘looks great in my cloak room ‘ when I do my next project’ I would buy a harder seat ‘ as the plastic one ‘ in a main bathroom/ en-suite’ would look better

Absolutely brilliant customer service. For some reason our first delivery was slightly off colour. Rang customer service and reported the problem. Told me to take pics of problem and a new one would be sent when they had viewed problem via email. Pictures sent and a response was received from them within 2 hours. We then tried to complete the returns info but for some reason kept ending up at start of returns page. Rang again next day to report this and was dealt with by "Paula". She listened to our problem whilst checking our pics. She immediately ordered a new unit. That was Wednesday, it arrived today Monday. Can't thank Paula enough, the toilet is being installed as I am writing this email. Suggest IT check their returns procedure

The needs of lockdown and 7 adults took me to the point of reinstating a downstairs toilet I removed 15 years ago - mainly because the limited space made it difficult to use with the fitted sanitary ware. I was so pleased to find a compact toilet that was stylish and inexpensive - quick delivery and unpacking showed it to live up to my expectations. The only downside is the plastic floor L brackets which snap easily so a little metal reinforcement was needed. It is also easy to clean so full marks! Just a shame the brackets were a bit too cheap...

Product arrived on time, very well packaged. Good quality in general, with a couple of weak points - the fill valve has plastic threads, making it difficult to assemble without damage, the plastic securing brackets can snap easily on tightening, and the cistern internals block access to the right hand fixing hole. Despite these minor gripes, I would recommend.

All went well from order to delivery. Felt sorry for the delivery guy as it really is two man lift and carry to customer door. Wouldn't be surprised if someone received a product damaged due to this aspect. Good looking wc and installed okay by plumber friend. Would purchase again from Plumbworld.
