Whether you’ve got a job to finish for a client or maybe you’ve got the day off work and want to crack on with that bathroom you’ve been putting off then our Click & Collect service is just what you need. You don’t need to worry about waiting in for a delivery to arrive, simply select a time slot and come and pick your goods up from our Evesham warehouse (WR11 1GS) where we stock all of our products.
For an easy and hassle-free way to get your goods follow the easy steps below;​​​
1. Browse our extensive range of products on the website and add them to your basket
2. Proceed to the checkout and select Click & Collect
3. Choose the delivery day and the timeslot that best suits you
4. Make payment in advance and receive a confirmation email to confirm your selections
5. Save time and money!
Your order will go straight through to our warehouse where they’ll be given priority picking ready for your collection time.
When you arrive simply head to reception where our Digital Receptionist will greet you and take your order number. A siren will sound within the warehouse to ensure you’re dealt with in the fastest possible manner, allowing you to get on with your day completely fuss free.
We know that collecting your goods when it's convenient for you is paramount which is why we try to make it as easy as possible. For this exact reason we welcome you to arrange collection of your goods anytime between the hours of 8am and 2pm, Monday to Friday, so you can get your goods ahead of the first jobs of the day.
Your order will come straight through to our warehouse for priority picking and you will receive an email confirmation with your date, time and order details.
You’ll receive your confirmation email with the details of date, time and products ordered. You’ll then have to make your way to our Evesham warehouse in Worcestershire (WR11 1GS) to make collection. You may attend any time between your chosen timeslot.
Your order will be available from the start of the timeslot you select. These start at 8am and run through until 2pm.
Click & Collect is available on all products but bear in mind that you will require a large vehicle for products normally delivered on a pallet.
You will need a form of identification with you when you come to collect your order, for example a UK drivers license or a passport.
We will hold your order for a maximum of 2 working days so make sure you contact us if you are unable to make collection (01386 800750).
