I was slightly anxious about fitting this, because some reviews said fitting was problematic. But actually I had no problems and the instructions are pretty clear, though I can see that if you don't follow them carefully you could end up with the sticky pads in the wrong place and impossible to move. The seat looks good, fits well, and feels strong, though it's only been on a few weeks and time will tell how it lasts. Good price from Plumb world, and prompt delivery when promised.

I didn't quite realise how uncomfortable the last seat was until I installed this! Bought to replace a very ill fitting ‘bog’ standard seat in a new build house that moved every time it was sat upon, not great! So this was a pretty perfect fit on a Twyford loo, the fitting itself was brilliant, those adjustable fixings were a godsend to get the perfect fit and look and I’m very happy with the result. Am now thinking of getting more to replace the other rubbish seats in the house!

The rating is more pertinent to Paula from plumbworld than to the product itself. She was honest and informative regarding delivery. The seat itself fits well and so far has caused no problem. The manufacturing quality is good and the fitting information is good, so hopefully we will have a good life expectancy from the item?

My main worry before buying this was 'will I be able to fit it?' Needn't have worried. Took it slowly, followed the instructions and once I remembered it was a soft close, the fitting was quite easy. Even better, before this I pretty much thought a toilet seat was a toilet seat but this is actually comfortable to sit on.

spent ages searching to replace our toilet seat found this one and it fits like a glove , brilliant so pleased, betterthan the original in facts believe it will be more hygienic great product great price and service great firm,can't go wrong .

Ordered and arrived safely. Instructions were very good and easy to follow. I used the top fitting and fit was excellent. The slow close is a nice to have as you don't need to worry about the lid slamming into the seat when closing.

A great non slip toilet seat bought a different one but it slipped all over the place mate told me to buy this one and he was right easy to fit and once fitted does not slip one little bit I used the top fittings fantastic purchase

fabulous is the right word. fabulous quality, so easy to attach, removal for cleaning a brilliant idea, looks good and soft close excellent, has not worked loose or slipped sideways. Can't fault it, would definitely recommend.

As a non do it yourselfer thinking about changing a toilet seat was a trauma however I need not have worried this product was well made sturdy and easy to fit even for a novice would recommend to anyone with a d shaped toilet

Easy to fit, looks good and a great price. Bought 2 and both have been absolutely fine since fitting. Fit perfectly on our Roca toilets (top fitting) and no movement of the seat even after a few weeks with the seats in-situ.

Bought this seat to replace the broken one which cost three times to replace. It fitted perfectly and the soft close is excellent. Recommend plumbworld who answered my questions about the suitability of this seat.

Great quality and fits well. Much better than the one which came with the toilet. Sturdy too. Can be purchased at other suppliers, but why pay more for the identical product with free prompt door to door delivery.

was sceptical about this fitting our toilet but once old fittings. we’re removed,it was plain sailing to fitting -I’m not a plumber but I fitted the seat no problem took about 20 minutes and job done

The instructions make it look more difficult to fit than it actually is. The flexible design gave a perfect fit and its so nice to have a soft close lid, hope it lasts. Well made and designed.

Needed a new seat to replace a manufacturers own which broke and was no longer available. This was the closest I found and actually fits as well but is better quality. Only niggle is getting it straight and lined up with the edge as you have to final tighten with the seat off and things can move if you are not careful

Providing you read & follow the very good instructions you are on a winner. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rate is due to the fact that I had to source screws for the metal inserts in the toilet bowl, a smaller thread to those supplied.

East to fit and does the job nicely as well comfy to sit on and solid construction. Gives you the option of fitting from top or bottom screw so ne need to disconnect the toilet if it's an enclosed type.

Good price. Easy to fit and so far the seat doesn’t slip. The downside is that there isn’t a quick release button for ease of cleaning however that isn’t a huge problem. I’m a happy customer!

Excellent product, fitted easily and without a problem. Little unsure how to remove old top fittings but google pointed the way. In hindsight would have paid a bit more for a solid seat.

Seat was quicker to put on than taking the old one off. Fits a treat. Soft close is a bonus but great for those late night visits as you don't get the noise of the seat slamming down.
