Very pleased with soft close action and easy to follow instructions for either hidden or underneath affixing. I have screw holes in my older style toilet so used underneath fixing method. Worked well and did it myself. Very pleased - no more banging lids.

I purchased this for my mum's downstairs loo, she's wanted a wooden seat for ages. I chose this one as it looked good in the pictures and was all wood, and I liked the soft close option too. I didn't tell her how much it was until she'd used it for a while. She was absolutely delighted with it and guessed it was £150.00. When I told her it was 340, she was even more impressed. If the dimensions fit your toilet, buy it, you will certainly not be disappointed.

Before I purchased this seat I had a good look at what was on offer in Plumbers Merchants, DIY shops and on the Internet. For the price this stood out as being excellent value. I bough this when I had a new shower room built and I was so happy with the fit and look that I bought a second one for the main bathroom and flitted it myself. If you follow the easy instructions you end up with a high quality, stable toilet seat that does not slip or twist.

This is the second one of these I’ve bought, I’ve been very pleased with the first one so when the downstairs toilet seat needed changing then it was an easy choice. The first one I bought was a big fiddly to install so pleased to see there is now a spacer included that you use during installation - this made it much quicker, do very pleased with that.

I bought it initially because it complimented the colours in my bathroom. As a person with no experience with fixtures, I found it was very easy to fit, and love that I don’t hear that slamming sound when my children now close the lid - it’s very smooth when you do put the lid down.

Bought this to replace old loo seat....fed up with the seat keep shifting and nipping little bottoms. Researched and found this one. Found it quite difficult to fit, as limited area around toilet, but finally perfected the job and bought a second one. Totally recommend this product

I gelt this toilet seat was great quality for the price. Most reasonable price i could find for a soft close toilet. Packaged well, good size and nice finish. Comfy to sit on too! Stopped thd kids slamming the seat down!

This toilet seat is very well made and so far, even with a lot of use, it has stayed in place and hasn't slipped at all, unlike previous seats we have had. I am very happy with it and it was reasonably priced.

after several replacement toilet seats this one, after being in place for two weeks, seems to be staying put so at the moment I am happy to give it 5* it looks good is easy to clean and "comfortable"

Beautiful finish and heavy, quality feel with great soft close function. Slightly too large for my wc which meant positioning the fixings was awkward and fiddly. Looks and works great though.
