Seems to be a quality item. Easy to fit. Good detailed instructions. Nice touch providing sealing washer under screw heads to prevent any water seepage into wall behind. I also put a run of clear sealant behind the frame as well to make sure. Time will tell how rust resistant it is.

Sturdy basket with height between the bottom basket and the top basket being high enough for tall bottles. Good quality.
One downside is that the lip on the front of the baskets is quite low so items fall out as you try to put them in.
