Standard shower enclosure panels tend to be 1750 - 1800mm high, but these are a full 1950mm high giving you extra splash protection and a fantastic high-end look.
Flax Particle Board
Made from Flax Particle Board, it's more environmentally friendly compared to wood and has been tested to 4000kg, with or without our own supplied leg kits.
Cut to Fit
It's possible to cut an acrylic capped tray, however we don't recommend this, since a cut edge is then potentially exposed to water ingress.
8mm Thick Thermally Toughened Safety Glass
The 8mm glass used is of the highest standard. It conforms to EN12150-1, meaning it has been rigorously tested and thermally toughened for superior safety and strength.
Top & Bottom-Mounted Door Rollers
These 8mm shower doors need to operate easily and smoothly which is why they’re fitted with high-quality rollers mounted at the top and bottom of the doors. They use stainless steel & aerospace-grade plastic parts to create a set of rollers that are silky smooth, they even have a quick-release mechanism on the bottom rollers, for easy cleaning of the panels.
Water-Tight Magnetic Closing Mechanism
The last thing you want when using a shower is for water to escape the enclosure. These doors feature a watertight magnetic closing mechanism that secures the doors to stop any spray from your shower from escaping.
WRAS Approval
This shower tray conforms to all UK & EU certification requirements and are REACH compliant. The acrylic sheet is manufactured for domestic purposes according to the European norm EN 263. This shower tray is manufactured and tested in-house and complies with CE and EN European standards such as EN 14527, EN 198, IAPMO Z124 - 2017.
60% Lighter than a Stone Resin Tray
Unlike stone resin shower trays, our collection of Podium trays are incredibly lightweight, meaning one person can easily and safely lift and install these shower trays.
Built-In Anti-Slip Technology
Tested using the UK Gold Standard, HSE approved, BS 7976:2 Pendulum Slip Test, these Podium Trays achieve a score of 71, more than double the required standard of 35. This is down to the built-in textured surface. It's not sprayed on and won't need replacing, just cleaning, like an ordinary tray.
Cut To Fit

Excellent quality, finish and value BUT really poor instructions
Bought this on line and really pleased with it and the service from plumbworld. However, my highly experienced bathroom fitter struggled to fit the screen door because of the lack of detail and explanation in the fitting instructions. I contacted Plumbworld via web chat and they quickly provided a PDF version that was much clearer and therfore easier to understand and follow. The fitted screen looks really good and our fitter was impressed with the design and quality.
