Flo-Force Elite Lifting Station with 2 Inlets

Got this for my beauty room , which is downstairs on basement, my water waste pipe a bit higher than needed, so I would need to build a base for my water basin to make it higher level , which completely would ruin all my room design. So I used small backer just under my sink unit, which was a pain to empty every day . Was very upset until I found this item , read description and it was good price too. So decided to have a go with it. I only have one beauty therapist basin, so had to block the second entrance for water, it’s very easy. Amazing product, I don’t need to struggle anymore with my beauty business. Pump warming automatically when tank is full to certain level, a bit noisy but it’s fine it’s need to push water away. Happy and recommend to all

Used this for for sink and washing machine, all connected into same waste then into one inlet into the lifting station; works very well, situated in cupboard under sink and minimum noise. Easy to connect though instructions could be bit a more detailed, and instructions for maintenance would be helpful. Great value, happy with purchase.

Having been messed around by a series of plumbers and pump suppliers decided to install the pump myself. Website clear and straightforward to use. Order process easy. Delivery exactly when promised. Extremely pleased with this unit we have 60 plus of these units which go out on hire regularly for temporary installation s. Highly recommend originally bought 1 thinking it might do but we were very pleased with performance. These unit s are used regularly on a tv cooking show

Don't be put off by the competative pricing, this is a simple little unit that works very well indeed. Not too noisy either. It's simple to wire and plumb in and supplied with pipe adaptors and jubilee clips....10 minute fitting! Recommended!

Unfortunately I received a faulty product. However this was replaced with 24hours including delivery which was fantastic. The product itself is nice and quiet and works perfectly for my utility washing machine and sink.

Installed myself, first time ever, using a macerator for a basin and shower cubicle. Really easy to set up. Instructions are not the best but manageable. All in all really good unit so far. Works perfectly.

Very good well built product with lots of different applications, Would suit most installations where gravity not an option. Fitting was fairly straightforward. Great service and delivery times too.

Purchased to fit in office kitchen to pump waste water to soil pipe the other side of building, works well, and reasonably quiet for the cost, compared to cost of other well known brands, a bargain.

Used this for a utility room fitted at rear of garage with no waste. Perfect for pimping the sink and washing machine waste up a d through the garage to the nearest soil connection

Unit fits under a standard kitchen unit along with any related pipe work. Using ours in a utility room in our basement fed by a sink and washer. Works great.

HAVE BEEN USING SANIFLO FOR £380 AND LOUD THIS ONE IS TEN TIMES BETTER THAN THE SANIFLO. 5 TIMES LESS NOISE AND 5 TIMES CHEAPER. IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE!!!!!

The pump works as expected, had to turn the temperature down on the washing machine to 40 degrees so it follows manufacturers specifications on the pump.

found this unit to fit my needs excellently it's very quiet and tucks away nicely under the sink will definitely use them again and was very easy to fit

Replaced this unit for a Saniflow. Exactly identical but a lot cheaper. Saniflow lasted appro 7 years, so let’s see how long this lasts.

This item is a compatible alternative to other well known shower/waste pumps. We found it to be swift to install and equally effective.

With little experience of water pumps and their installation, I did a like-for-like replacement when the existing pump stopped working. Works fine but not as well as the previous one which I suspect may be more down to my installation than down to the equipment itself. The instructions says machine needs to be cleaned every six months but doesn't say how to go about this. I could call out a qualified plumber to do this but this would probably cost the same as just buying a new piece of kit. Not great for my environmental credentials. Will take the lid off in six months and try and wash out but not very easy unless properly uninstalled to ease access to interior. As tucked away under sink rather a hassle.

So far so good. Its been just the job. I'm in the trade but hadn't heard of Flo-Force so was a little concerned at quality as was at least half price of market leaders. But decided as only shower waste worth a try. PlumbWorld ordering and delivering right before Christmas was faultless 10/10. From what could see the build quality seems good, and the installation of unit was easy. Has been installed now for over month with no problems at all. Would recommend especially due to great competitive price. Very pleased, and would buy again.

Purchased, to remove waste water from shower, from one side of the property to the other. We’ve yet to test it fully as the loft extension and en-suite is not currently in use, although ugh everything is connected. I wish I could say more, but the truth is always better than fabricating unnecessarily.

Purchased this just over one year back. I have a basement laundry room and have been using it to pump for washing machine and drip off tumble. Keeping the temp low. I initially had to use rubber matting under it for the noise. I then used sound deadening material near it. I came home today for a flooded laundry room. The pump had stopped working and this caused back flow and push through, despite have a 40mm non return valve on the pipes in between. Water poured out the top of the washing machine fitting kit up pipe. I noticed that the pump was hotter than normal. I have removed the unit. Inside it is clean, except for some brown slime edging. I examined all the 40mm pipes and non were blocked. I am assuming the motor has stopped working. I’m not getting my hands dirty again, as I’ve had a shower and my fill of it… I now have the choice of changing the design or my plumbing which will Mean re plumbing the surrounding pipe work to fit the outlet and inlets of the unit or ordering another one of these. I have chosen to order another one as a direct replacement because it will fit right in! Initially I thought it had vibrated and caused a leak where the worm drive clips were, but this was not the case. However, I would recommend to the manufacturer for a clip in base which you can fix ti the floor with larger rubber feet. Not massively happy with the unit. It is VERY loud and quite honestly wish I’d never used it in the first place.

We fitted this pump over a year ago but didn’t start using the shower it was connected to until October 2021. Up until last month it’s been great. We noticed the pump rate had increased and could hear water flowing back into the pump. We were able to find the non-return valve in the drain filter. It had broken off at the tab. Ok we thought, we’ll get a replacement. Except after messaging plumbworld we find you can’t by the rubber non-return value nor the whole part itself. Which out of all the components is the most likely to fail due to usage. This has meant we’ve had to try and buy spares from other macerator suppliers and mess around more than you should have to for a simple rubber tab failure. Do better, plumbworld and Flo-force. Replacement parts should be a must in an attempt to reduce waste of good working parts.

Installed only on a shower, used about once every few weeks and stopped working. Took it apart today and the copper coil where the wire joins is completely black and burnt. Would not recommend.

Bought it las December, installed back in March. After just 1month non return valve has gone and now just after just 8month after the installation just stopped to work completely
