Description
If you are looking to install a new bathroom, cloakroom or utility room in a location that does not have access to the main plumbing system, use the Flo-Force Extra Macerator Pump to meet your plumbing needs. It is ideal for loft and basement conversions, among other applications. It processes waste, allowing it to be taken away quickly and easily through small plumbing pipes to the main plumbing system, meaning that you do not have to undertake major building and plumbing works.
Not all macerators are certified to the same standards. The Flo-Force macerator has been fully tested and approved. It is IP54 rated, conforms to LVD, EMC and ROHS directives and is CE approved.
Product Design:

3 Inlets
A 3 inlet macerator connects to a toilet and any 2 of the following products:
- Washbasin
- Shower
- Bath
- Bidet

60m Pumping distance
Make sure you've got enough power to get to your waste sewage pipework with this macerator and it's incredible 60m horizontal pumping power. It will also do another 5.5m vertically on top of that too!
High 140L/min flow rate

Great value pump
Performs as expected, using it for a kitchen sink so can't comment on it's ability to handle larger solids. Do make sure that pipework is firmly connected and well-supported as there is quite a kick when then pump starts that shook a push-fit connection loose. Easily fixed - some extra clips and we're all good.

bought to replace our macerator, which was the older version of this model. very easy to replace, but with the design change had to rework the water pipe for the toilet. all other pipes fitted as with the original. its also a runs with so much less noise than the old unit

So far so good!
Much cheaper alternative than a branded Saniflo but does the same horrific job without complaint. Great price and very fast delivery from Plumbworld, would have no hesitation in using this company again.

A great value budget macerator pump. I was a bit dubious at first, but for the money it does the job fantastically. Well made and a doddle to plumb in. Great customer support also from Plumbworld.

Good little machine
This unit works fine. We have the 3 inlets in use (one toilet, one sink and one spa pedicure chair unit) and the unit handles them all ok. Just a word of caution for installers or DYIers. We initially installed the unit and we quickly noticed water leaking from the underside. We took the unit out of the toilet, took all the insides out of the plastic casing, and noticed that a few of the jubilee clips were not tight enough. We tightened them all and tried the unit again: no more leak. Bottom line, it's a good idea to do that BEFORE installing the unit. It's now more than a year and the unit is still working fine.
Fitting problems
The Macerator works well, however did have some difficulty with matching up the diameter of the outlet pipe from the toilet bowl to the inlet of the macerator, had to use a joint connector with a insert to match the macerato end , and obviously a flexible joint to the bowl. Seems to be working ok now, I am not a plumber, strictly diy
What you see is what you get
All you get is the unit and 3 clips, one for the toilet and 2 for the other inlets. You will need to buy a non return valve (it would be nice if this was supplied as they are hard to find) and a plug(!). As this was purchased to replace one already installed this was not such a problem.

Easy to fit but you need to order N/R valves when ordering as they are not supplied with pump. Pump very quiet compared my previous macerator which was double the price 10yrs ago.
