Blade Free Design
Grundfos Sololift2 Macerators feature a professional grade grinder which is more powerful and reliable than conventional designs. Which means there are no blades to dull, no holes to clog and no need for special cleaning fluids.
Self-clean design
With SOLOLIFT2 macerators there is no need for regular cleaning or heavy chemical cleaners thanks to the clever design of its grinder and tank. The grinder cleans itself after each operation using the water-air mix present, which is both natural and environmentally friendly. The design also ensures that no debris sticks to the tank walls, removing the need for extra filters and eliminating the risk of odour problems
High torque, hardened steel cutter
The durable steel cutter is reliable and effective, handling anything that is thrown at it on a day to day basis.

Clever tank design
A special tank floor design ensures solids are guided swiftly and easily towards the pump. This removes the problem of sedimentation build up in the tank corners and the resulting odour problems that this can cause.

Excellent Macerator
We have just purchased one of these and it was easy to fit and replace our existing one. Total job time 2 hrs that is removing the old one and swapping over and cleaning up. This is being used in a busy community centre and works faultlessly. Easy to maintain and seriously does take a lot of s!*t. We would highly recommend.

Simple to fit and quiet
Just fitted in our 500mm enclosure every connection we used was on top (waste and sink) although ugh there is a bottom entry if required and there are 2 options for waste. Was a replacement for another make of macerator but changeover was reasonably painless
Sololift
I’ve been a plumber for nearly 40yrs so you can probably guess that I’m not a big fan of maceraters, the grundfos models are the only ones I will use and this was for my own house! Delivery was spot on, I will definitely recommend Plumbworld to anyone!
Good powerful compact unit.
Grundfuos famous for making pumps also make first class Maserators compare very favourable against saniflo but 100 odd more competitive easy connected remotely using a street elbow had to apply heat gun to female connection but went well . Recommend.
Would recommend this
Product arrived slightly earlier than expected. The macerater is slightly more noisy than our last built in . Saniflo but this was a much cheaper item and so far am very pleased.
Good product
Only just had this fitted to a new downstairs cloakroom. It is behind a false wall so is nicely concealed. Seems quite good so far and fairly quiet. Only time will tell!

Bought to replace old macerator. Easy to fit for diyer. Macerator is a lot quieter than previous one.Good all round.
