60% Lighter than a Stone Resin Tray
The days of needing two burly men to haul the shower tray up the stairs are gone. Hydrolux shower trays can be safely lifted and installed by one person, even the largest size trays.
Mineral Torsion Beams for Extra Rigidity
The fusion of space-age high-tech materials and natural minerals in the form of torsion beams gives the shower tray extra rigidity. This makes these shower trays some of the strongest per inch.
Cut to Fit
Hydrolux shower trays can be easily cut to a shape which means they can be installed in locations that couldn’t be done before, and certainly not with a stone resin shower tray. Please note, while it is possible to cut an acrylic capped tray, a cut edge can potentially be exposed to water ingress.
Raised Shower Tray
If you’ve got a hard floor like concrete you can still fit the shower enclosure that you want, you just need to use a raised shower tray with it. Our Hydrolux shower tray kits will give you a massive 95mm of additional height, giving you plenty of space to fit the high-flow waste that’s also included. You’ll receive a set of legs to support the underside of your tray and side panels that hide the fixings, keeping everything really neat and tidy.

WRAS Approved & BS EN 14527 Conformity
These shower trays conform to British and Unified European Standards and are made in England. They are also manufactured with 100% WRAS Approved Phthalate-free materials. These enclosures also conform with BS EN 14527, the European standard for enclosures.
Complete With High-Flow Waste
The included Hi-Flow Waste enables water to flow from the shower tray at a rate of 32 litres per minute.

Hydrolux Square Shower tray
1. Delivered as requested 2. Shower tray as what was described. 3. Easy to handle lighter than resin versions. 4 Did not user riser kit, opted for traditional wood framework due to height required. 5. Realised dimensions not exactly 800mm. Was not sure how to trim. Managed to get tight squeezed fit removing a bit of plaster on 1 wall. 6. I am a novice, this was the first tray I have ever fitted. Lightweight tray was a bonus. 7. Now its fitted and sealed only time will tell its quality. Fitted on very solid base. 8. Impressed with quality. 9. Yes I would recommend this shower tray for the reasons above including the price. 10. If I ever dare fit another shower tray I would purchase the same tray.

Excellent value for money
Price, quality and delivery excellent. The only criticism is the technical drawings on the instructions which give the impression the measurements include the tapered sides which are actually 915mm at the base not 900mm which the top is.
Good simple diy tray
Prompt delivery and was easy to fit, all the necessary bits were there meaning that as a diy project building an isolation space this was the least problematic job in the project. Would certainly use again if needed.
Great quality
so much lighter to move about than those of 10 years ago and easy to install. 8 legs give great support for a 760mm x 760mm tray and the trap was easily attached prior to installing the tray.
