When I got the over bath shower panel it was dented on 4 sides. Tried phoning but due to current situation got answerphone. So emailed customer services and spoke to Samantha B who couldn’t have been more helpful. She emailed me back at 11.15 on Monday and wanted photos which I sent and I explained to her that I had family coming on Wednesday and needed this urgently. She then emailed me back stating that they would replace it urgently and could I dispose of old one which I did. Then Monday about 4.15 I received an email from their warehouse saying that the new one had been dispatched to carriers and I received the replacement the next day! Seen some reviews on here criticising their customer services but in respect of my issue I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend and buy from them again... well done customer services and Samantha B . The shower screen was also good value and easy to fit - would recommend this product too .

Having trawled the internet for a foldaway shower screen which would make cleaning the bath easier than the previous screen we had, we discovered plumbworld.Not only the cheapest available including 'Big Name Stores' the attention to detail was impressive with E-mails to keep the customer fully informed of the what is actually occuring with the purchase.The screen itself was extreemly easy to fit and does the job well. As i'm 6ft tall water used to always fly over the top of our old screen but this one keeps it all in the showering area.

This shower screen is very smart and easy to fit, the silver framing working really well with the accessories and decor of my bathroom. But what really impressed me was the highly efficient and courteous way Plumbworld exchanged another shower screen which wasn't suitable for my bathroom (my fault!) for this style. It was done with the minimum of fuss and was picked up from my house when the new one was delivered. I can not recommend Plumbworld highly enough, one of the best on line services I've had in a long time.

Was initially sceptical as it was so cheap but its much better quality than my old bath screen which was twice the price to replace from my local plumbers merchant. It arrived within 3 days of ordering whilst my local merchant quoted 2 weeks delivery. Plumbers World don't wash their hands of you once they've had your money like many internet organisations. I was looking for a folding shower screen for my new shower over the bath. I had looked everywhere locally in the usual stores, but couldn’t find anything I liked or wasn’t very expensive. I found this one and was a bit hesitant because it was a low price. However I bought it and I have to say it’s really an excellent product. Even my plumber was pleased with how easy it was to fit and it looks amazing either open or folded. I am so pleased I took the time to look online. Delivery was super quick as well

We ordered this after looking at a number of similar items. On receipt I noticed that two small plastic lugs (part of the folding system) were broken. I contacted customer services and after explaining the problem and sending some photos (unasked for), I was immediately offered a new unit sent via next day delivery. This new unit survuved the journey and is in place doing exactly 'as it says on the tin' Delighted with the product and with the after sales service. Thank You

This is a great product, good quality & looks very smart. The instructions could have been a bit clearer, perhaps some text as well as pictures? It was heavy, but we could both carry it independently; definitely needs two people to fit it. Once in position, a worthwhile project.

I bought this to replace the non fold up screen. It's bigger which is better it looks amazing and it folds up neatly revealing the whole bath tub. It's only used when we have family stopping as we have the ensuite shower. Very happy with the purchase.

The box warns: 2 person lift required - (which you will ignore like everyone else). So yes, it’s a bit heavy to lug the box upstairs but it’s perfectly do-able to install it yourself. Work tidily and it’ll install logically, look good and work well.

Easy ordering, quick delivery and definitely great value to money, well made, solid and love the chrome finish. There was a slight dent in one of end panels that slides into the framework but although we know its there no-one else will spot it.

Bought this screen as we needed the facility to fold away to a small size when not in use. Absolutely perfect for job, easy to install and looks great. As for performance does exactly what its designed for. Top product, highly recommended.

Had this a while but just got round to installing it well its absolutely gorgeous so pleased no hassle to install need 2 people only because of the weight but pretty straightforward very pleased and very very happy highly recommend.

We are extremely pleased with this multi panelled shower screen which replaces a bifold one, (from anothr supplier,) which developed faulty hinges. So far it works perfectly and is tremendous value. Excellent customer service, too!

Revenovated our small bathroom, this was just a right. It came in good time, easy to install and like pervious screens hadn't this stops any water escaping. Really happy with this product and will use Plumb World again.

After a lot of research this was the shower screen I selected and it turned out to be great choice. Sturdy, folds back so can still bath the kids and the main point - the seal is excellent and does the job.

just a great length so I don't have to keep my elbows in. Good quality. Shame about DHL - don't be in a hurry to receive it! We have a lip/edge on our bath so didn't need the additional trim. Well recomend.

Selecting a shower screen is quite daunting because of the range available. So far we're very pleased with this one and my only critism is that the fitting instructions are truly rubbish.

fitted these bath screens onto a level access shower tray for disabled use which worked well saved about £300.00 easy to assemble took about an hour to fit both screens

Needed to replace an old shower door and this arrived quickly and is good quality. I like the metal railing which stops the door opening and the folding design is very handy
