When I got the over bath shower panel it was dented on 4 sides. Tried phoning but due to current situation got answerphone. So emailed customer services and spoke to Samantha B who couldn’t have been more helpful. She emailed me back at 11.15 on Monday and wanted photos which I sent and I explained to her that I had family coming on Wednesday and needed this urgently. She then emailed me back stating that they would replace it urgently and could I dispose of old one which I did. Then Monday about 4.15 I received an email from their warehouse saying that the new one had been dispatched to carriers and I received the replacement the next day! Seen some reviews on here criticising their customer services but in respect of my issue I couldn’t fault them and would definitely recommend and buy from them again... well done customer services and Samantha B . The shower screen was also good value and easy to fit - would recommend this product too .

Having trawled the internet for a foldaway shower screen which would make cleaning the bath easier than the previous screen we had, we discovered plumbworld.Not only the cheapest available including 'Big Name Stores' the attention to detail was impressive with E-mails to keep the customer fully informed of the what is actually occuring with the purchase.The screen itself was extreemly easy to fit and does the job well. As i'm 6ft tall water used to always fly over the top of our old screen but this one keeps it all in the showering area.

This shower screen is very smart and easy to fit, the silver framing working really well with the accessories and decor of my bathroom. But what really impressed me was the highly efficient and courteous way Plumbworld exchanged another shower screen which wasn't suitable for my bathroom (my fault!) for this style. It was done with the minimum of fuss and was picked up from my house when the new one was delivered. I can not recommend Plumbworld highly enough, one of the best on line services I've had in a long time.

Was initially sceptical as it was so cheap but its much better quality than my old bath screen which was twice the price to replace from my local plumbers merchant. I was looking for a folding shower screen for my new shower over the bath. I had looked everywhere locally in the usual stores, but couldn’t find anything I liked or wasn’t very expensive. I found this one and was a bit hesitant because it was a low price. However I bought it and I have to say it’s really an excellent product. Even my plumber was pleased with how easy it was to fit and it looks amazing either open or folded. I am so pleased I took the time to look online. Delivery was super quick as well
