Luxura Sliding Shower Enclosure 1100 x 800mm with Non Slip Tray and Waste - 6mm

We placed the order for the shower and it was delivered with one large piece missing(it was crossed of the delivery note in pen). phoned the help line and was told it would be dispatched quickly. Nothing came for a week or so.i checked you web site and was able to track our order using our order number. The tracking said we would receive the part in 3 months!( my family needed a shower before this).We rang back and spoke to someone who obviously knew what they were doing unlike the first call.i was told if the correct part couldn’t be found quickly then a alternative would be found. less than a week later the correct part arrived. to summarise, the first person just told me anything to get me of the phone but the second was excellent and did there job as a representative of your great company.

I have purchased a number of items from Plumbworld over the years and always been very satisfied. this sliding shower door fitted perfectly and I though amazing value for money..however you do need to tackle your carrier on handling your goods, as with the previous review the outer boxing was damaged but thank goodness the contents were intact. I would have been pretty upset if I had to return damaged items. I must add that I did have the need a couple of years ago to contact Plumbworld with an installation question and also a return-exchange of unwanted goods. All was handled professionally and with the greatest courtesy...A company I can thoroughly recommend.

Installed to replace a much older design. This is slightly larger than the previous one, and what a difference it makes! Because there is a bit more distance between the wall and the sliding door, there's so much more room when applying your shower gel etc. No more banging elbows on the outer panels. Solidly built and fairly straight forward to install. Please note this was bought well before Covid at a significantly reduced price to that currently asked.

Very pleased with the quality of these. I ordered two for two shower installations. The plumber who fitted them was very impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were very well written. Don't forget to order the shower tray with it if you need one as it's a lot cheaper...I forgot and had to buy separately which cost me a fair amount more. Can recommend the Mira flight safe shower tray which is what I went for.

Got this door as part of our bathroom refit a few months ago (May 2023). Was easily installed by our fitter, looks great (pretty much the same as the picture), and is still holding up well. Solid metal frame, metal handle, smooth rolling action, pleasing 'thunk' when you close the door, and easy to squeegee dry. All round quality product. Got it for £199 inc delivery which seems like a good deal given the quality.

My shower enclosure got fitted 2 days ago.It was my plumber that told me to buy the Luxura make.He said they are well made and sturdy.I was not disappointed. I'm very happy with the shower enclosure. I would use Plumbworld again as they kept us updated when the enclosure left the warehouse and it only took a couple of days to come.Great service from plumbwold Thankyou

For the price, this enclosure cannot be beaten. The quality is on a par with enclosures that are twice the price. I have installed dozens of shower enclosures and this one is up there with the best. It also has a greater tolerance on the sliding door dimension than most at 40mm giving much greater flexibility for out of true walls or reduced tray surface to fit on.

Fantastic product, very robust and solid when fitted, with a good strong glass. Incredible value for money and looks so much more expensive than it is. Plumber was impressed with the quality which is a good sign. Also saw the exact same enclosure on another site for £304.99 (apparently reduced from £359.99!). Overall extremely impressed and would recommend.

This enclosure is amazing for the money. It was easy to put together, all the holes lined up first time. I have put a lot of enclosures together, being in the building trade, this was by far the easiest. I put it together on my own and it was fixed and working within two and a half hours. If you want a good enclosure that looks spectacular, look no further.

This is a great product and fit perfectly. When I contacted customer service regarding delivery, they were brilliant in communication and the product arrived on time. My first time having ordered from Plumbworld and whilst I was a bit hesitant, the price was much better then buying it from a retail store (almost half the price), I have no regrets.

Brought this shower enclosure after scanning the internet and looking at all the wicks type stores But liked the price and design. Received it on the day given and have had it installed, looks fabulous works well good smart design , would recommend this company and it products to anyone

What an improvement on the old shower cubicle! Very spacious, lovely sliding door movement and with the low-profile tray purchased as well an excellent combination. Good clear instructions and no real difficulty in installing on a DIY basis. Very happy with it.

Great value for money shower enclosure, looks great the glass gleams actually makes the bathroom look bigger. I purchased the enclosure as I was renovating a property on a budget however I would install this in my own house really great value for money.

Enclosure instructions weren't very clear to follow. Just pictures with no explanation on how to build. Once I worked it out it was very easy to build. Build quality is excellent. Doors glide nicely, no jerky movements or jumping. Very pleased.

Purchased this shower enclosure to replace a smaller, cheap and nasty plastic one inherited from the previous home-owners. It is much sturdier and looks great too, with a smooth sliding door, good glass and a smart chrome finish.

Good delivery, staff and delivery crew exceptional. The fitting of the shower cubicle was done by a plumber and he said it wasn’t as easy as was reported on fitting instructions. Otherwise all good, it does look great.

I have installed a cou[le of these, and they are easy!! they are made of great quality materials I like the roller system, and the ease to set the frame if the walls are slightly out of plumb.

Have only purchased and received this so far, I have yet to do the installation however the price was good and the service excellent so I have no doubt that the product will be equally good.

Replaced a walk in shower with the Luxura model, great the enclosure packages comes with non slip tray. Not worrying about finding a matching tray, fits together nicely. Great product.

I bought this when on sale so cost wise I’m not sure you could beat it. It arrived early and well packaged. The instructions were a little vague but if you lay it all out and run through them a couple of times assembly is straightforward. The side rails have holes pre-drilled on the inside that come with silver caps. I think this could be improved as in my case the hole positions didn’t suit so I drilled through the side rails on the inside. The fixings are then hidden when the door is installed to the rails so I’m not sure the pre-drilled holes are needed at all. It looks really smart installed and the mechanism seems smooth. The shower cubicle hasn’t had a lot of use yet so I can’t comment on longevity but so far so good.

This shower enclosure is well made and very roomy when constructed - we are very pleased with the overall result and quality but the only reason we did not rate it 5 stars is because the directions to put it together were very vague and could have been a lot clearer and as a result it took longer to complete the project because of this. The company is great and delivery was quick also staff I dealt with on the phone were friendly and helpful- sort the printed instructions and 5 stars will follow!

The shower itself is great it arrived very quickly and was well looked after by courier. The installer commented that the screws were soft (one sheared off) but luckily it did not affect the installation. By his own admission he was using a power driver however. May be worth mentioning to installers to be cautious. The price was good.

Have fitted 3 shower enclosures before, good thing I had as this instruction sheet left a lot to be desired, terrible pictures, hardly any instructions. I struggled making sense of it, especially joining side panel to front panel. You need two people to fit it! Looks lovely when done. Value for money.

The door is everything that it is supposed to be and looks great. My only criticism is that the opening is not as big as it should be and as far as I can see there is no reason why it shouldn't be designed to be bigger. Fortunately I am tiny. Assembly was 'interesting' but possible.

Looks good when put together. Instructions vague but eventually figured out where everything went. Delivery company Palletways let the side down but once Customer Services got involved they got their act together. Well packaged.

Was a little confusing reading instructions but door did go together well once I made sense of them . Once fitted discovered on showering that the pre-sealed door part was not sealed waterproof and you have to seal it yourself .

Great product, supported by great service. However for a couple of bucks more, an alluminium top cover could have been supplied. This would just finish the whole experience off nicely.

Updated the shower in our en-suite very happy with the look of the shower, sham that on the side strips there are no stoppers at the top, the edges are a little sharp when cleaning.

Good solid enclosure when put together, instructions could be a little bit clearer, only gets four stars because one of the uprights was not prescribed on one end.
