Merano Thermostatic Shower Tower with Handset & 2 Body Jets - Brushed Steel

this has proved to be a low cost but successful solution to replacing a tired shower unit the existing shower had an 'original' supply set up which made installing the more traditional shower units difficult without some major pipework changes. the Merano unit has flexible connectors and a bodywork that hides the supply piping. so an otherwise difficult transition was made easy. the only minor drawback was that the flexibles supplied had to be replaced by 400mm flexibles. this was a cheap adaption and did not diminish the satisfaction. deliver was swift and the communications good so will be back for more well done

I looked around to find a shower panel to replace an old one that was in place when we bought the house. I found this unit through a google search. Having used Plumbworld a couple of times before, I had no worries about the level of service that I would enjoy. However I had no experience of shower panels. The Plumbworld website soon sorted out any doubts that this unit would be suitable. The delivery was made on the day promised and the shower was installed in only 2 hours. It is a perfect addition to our bathroom.

This shower has surpassed our expectations, it's absolutely perfect and means each family member can tailor it to their preference. It's easy to keep clean with daily shower cleaner. We've had it about 6 months now and we've received so many comments from visitors about how awesome it looks too. Really please, and would recommend Plumbworld each and every time.

Love how it looks and love taking a shower! The waterfall head is just wonderful. There's a safety catch on the temperature control and it's easy to change to the perfect temperature to suit you. I've not used the body jets much as yet but they appear to give a powerful blast of water. Plumber said it was easy to fit. All in all very happy with it.

Bought this as a replacement for a tower shower that had broken. Delivered very quickly, excellent value from Plumbworld. Good, gentle spread of water from top rainfall outlet, but invigorating massage jets too. We had an excellent plumber too, who recommended Plumbworld to us, over all happy with the service and teh product.

We’ve had this installed now a few months and found that it is very good on all aspects from the rain shower head to hand held shower to body jets, to dials for switching from each option smoothly click into place and the temperature control is also easy to turn and has a safety click as no to scold you.

I’ll be honest it ain’t the best looking thing in the world. But if you want to purchase something that works great and does what it’s supposed to do to a high standard then go ahead and buy this shower. See you again Plumbworld!!!

Lovely shower but be aware to turn on the shower, due to the way of the workings of the dial you have to suffer the jets then the shower or the handset then the shower. Its really annoying that you cant turn the shower straight on.

I bought this as part of a total bathroom rebuild and it looks stunning now it’s done. The shower is to a high standard of finish and once all the plumbing is done relatively easy to fit with two brackets that screw in and the shower just slides on top. I was a little disappointed to find out you couldn’t use more than one shower setting at a time as unless I’ve missed it I couldn’t see the answer to that question on the item description. I’d definitely recommend a shower pump to increase the pressure as gravity fed just doesn’t do it justice. The only small drawback I can think of is that you have to cycle through either the massaging jets or the hand shower before the dial gets to the main rain fall setting which does send a squirt of water straight out across the bath. Overall really impressed with this shower it has completely changed the tone of my bathroom. It looks great and works well. Would definitely recommend for the price.

Tower shower is lovely, easy to install, love the different settings,.. however it would be better if you could go straight to the setting you want without all the others coming on first.

Bought this as a like for like replacement for an old shower tower. Disconnected the body jets as we never use them! Good quality and easy to install. Works well!

Firstly, I am not a plumber or anything of that description, but I do know which end of a spanner is which. As a unit it seems pretty well built, the shower head attachment is a bit of flimsy plastic but at this price totally expected and doesn't look like it'll cause any problems. The plastic 'levers' on the intake pipes were much appreciated and meant that I didn't have to wrangle a spanner behind the unit. The 'instructions' are a sorry excuse for a thing. They're visually not clear, they don't account for all of the parts you've got, they give no indication of actually how the thing goes together. In short, instructions in name only. All that said, up and working it's a great unit, very happy with it. The controls took a bit of getting used to. Seriously, why do you have to go through the jet or flexible shower head setting before getting the over head? Great unit, would be happy to recommend.
