Precise temperature control
Standard showers can have hot temperature spikes when others in the house turn on taps or flush the toilet.
Thermostatic control means that this shower will hold its temperature steady at all times. It dynamically adjusts the hot and cold water offsetting the everyday changes in water pressure experienced in most family homes.

Take control of your shower in the morning with this Code Pro Valve from Mira. You control the temperature and the flow, free from outside control so, whether you need a pulsating cold shower to get you moving in the morning, or a gentle warm jet to relax you in the evening – then this valve is for you.
The unit also features an EcoStop button, which helps you to limit the flow of water and thus save on your water bills. Very handy if you have a sullen teenager in the house who stands in the shower for hours on end!
Compatible with all water systems and pressures, the Coda Pro valve from Mira also includes a temperature control function and maximum temperature setting, so you can limit the heat that is achieved.

Mira shower mixer valve
The valve arrived well packaged and on time. The valve was purchased to replace one, from a different manufacturer. The valve is very sturdy and all the parts required to fit it all seem robust - far sturdier than the Aqualisa that it replaced. It was incredibly easy to fit, I'm not a plumber, and I was able to use the existing plumbing with no changes. The valve is also very easy to use. Seems to be a quality piece of kit for a great price.

Repacement Mira Coda Valve
Purchased this item as replacement for my old Coda Valve and now back to original performance. This valve is easy to fit and works well on a gravity system such as mine. Like for Like Replacement
Really pleased with the Mira Thermostatic Mixer Valve. Finally had it fitted today 31/07 so quick, and easy to fit as it was alike for like replacement. Surprised how much water you lose from a continuous drip from the thermostatic side of the bar valve so a straight full replacement was the most economical thing to do. Plumbworld made it easy on the order, and delivery.

I purchased two of these bars to replace the square type exposed valves in our rental properties. The old valves were just over 12 months old and would not hold temperature. Fitted this bar in our prooerties and the difference is night and day , more pressure and red hot . Really pleased!

Easy to install, looks good and works as expected.
Great unit, watch out for hot spots
Fitted this with a pressure equaliser valve to match hot and cold pressures, with mains and combo boiler sources. Excellent flowrate (double that of some of the competitor units), easy to fit (I use copper piping), simple controls and looks ok too. Only thing I've found is, when sliding up the temperature scale you'll get a short burst of very hot water before it settles. So if you're at the upper end of the temperature, and you want it a little hotter, you'll get near-scalded for a brief second before it equalises again. Not sure if this is a fault or a design flaw or installer error, but it's tolerable. I'd still recommend this unit, I'm happy enough with it.
