Here we have a perfect cross section of a Mira Flight Safe shower tray. It shows the intricate and precise moulding used to create such high-quality and durable products. You can see that the stone resin is sandwiched between layers of acrylic, providing a really strong tray which of course isn’t back-breaking thanks to the handy hollowed sections underneath.

Acrylic capped
Acrylic capped shower trays are constructed from pieces of stone in a special resin which is moulded to shape and then polished. The stone resin core is covered with a durable glossy white acrylic surface which is scratch, chip and discolouration resistant.
Waste Included
The waste enables water to flow from the shower tray at a rate of 25-30 litres per minute. It features a chrome finish to blend perfectly with the rest of the tray.

Just the best shower tray ever
This has to be just the best shower tray ever. I wanted a non slip tray as I was worried about slipping due to a knee injury, and I feel really safe and steady on this tray .The other bonus are non chip , non scratch And antibacterial . Every thing I was looking for in a shower tray worth every penny . Looks Brilliant too highly recommend

Complete new downstairs shower room

Non slip which seems sensible. Shallow so I did wonder if the drain would cope; it does. Good product but it came with a faultily manufactured waste. I assumed Plumbworld would replace but not available separately so they refunded everything.. Amazing ans brilliant.11/10
Best shower tray design
The Mira flight shower tray is just the best on the market. The design is brilliant and the base of the tray has structural supports to prevent cracking. The waste trap comes with it and is another great design (Mcalpine) to prevent leaks. I am so impressed with Mira!
Great tray
Usual Mira great quality. Much lighter than your usual stone resin tray but still with plenty of strength to be on a leg kit. Interesting sloping design. Great anti slip surface. Only negative is that the surface may dirty quicker and require more regular cleaning
Fabulous Shower Tray
I am a plumber with 38 years experience and I was very impressed with this shower tray. This was fitted for a 92 year old man and he was extremely impressed with the grip given by the shower surface. Very light but also plenty of strength.

The Mira Flight shower tray is a very well manufactured product. It also very heavy. Once the base framework is in place, level etc, the tray beds down perfectly. I would wholeheartedly recommend this product.

I really like this tray. It is low profile and really is safe it is nigh on impossible to slip. It is very well made and forms a very stable base no flex what so ever. Highly recommended.
Absolutely NON SLIP
Needed a non-slip tray and this is perfect. Feel so secure when showering (82-year old with balance problems), water drains away quickly and absolutely NO sign of any slip. Marvellous!

Although more expensive than some, this tray is well worth the extra. A nice shallow tray, and very safe - no chance of slipping on its special surface. Well recommended.
