The Opero is a seriously stylish yet minimal shower. Its looks like it's built into your bathroom wall with just the ultra-modern controls on display but it's actually a wall mounted valve. This type of installation is a big advantage over built-in showers because it's just so much easier!
Cool to touch shower
CoolShield™ technology cleverly stops any heat transferring from the hot water in your pipework to the exposed surfaces of the valve or shower. You might think that it’s not important but you’ll soon change your mind when you accidentally brush up against a mixer shower without it!
Safe thermostatic temperature control
Fluctuations in water temperature can be dangerous at any age. If a toilet is flushed or a tap used elsewhere in the house a spike in hot or cold water can occur. A thermostatic shower senses this and adjusts accordingly. Combine this with the built-in maximum temperature stop and you can rest assured that the whole family will be safe.
180 Degree drencher head
Gone are the days of static showers with the Mira Opero. It pivots 180 degrees giving you total flexibility over it's position, something that's unheard of when it comes to drencher heads.
Rub clean shower head nozzles
These brilliant shower heads feature a rub clean spray plate to minimise the buildup of limescale. So forget scrubbing, simply grab a cloth and wipe away any hardwater grime.
250mm Drencher Head
Massive 250mm drench head for that torrential rain-fall experience. Combine this with the hand shower and you really will have that spa shower you've always wanted.
Spray modes for any mood
The Opero shower features two shower heads and a combined five sprays modes. Choose from Rain for that outdoor feeling, Eco for the water-conscious, Task if you’ve got a tight muscle to hit, Storm for that monsoon sensation, and finally, Drench for a total deluge.
Total water system compatibility
One of the best things about the Opero showers is that they can function on either a low pressure, combi boiler or high pressure system. For optimal performance a high pressure system is recommended but it is not essential.

Mira Opero Duel Mixer Shower
We were looking to buy a shower with a rain head feature and very much liked the minimalist appearance of this shower. It replaced a Mira shower and we knew that it’s reliability was not in doubt. The shower exceeds our expectations, we are really pleased with it’s look and efficient operation. Very simple push button operation and a terrific light halo that lets you know when the set temperature has been reached. We will certainly buy again from Plumb World as the site was easy to navigate, the price was very competitive and the shower arrived on time when promised. In fact the price was considerably less than buying directly from Mira so I don’t know how that works! I would highly recommend.

Mira Opero Mixer Shower
Wow thats my review. Seriously this is a great shower. Both heads can work together or separately. It has a blue light which flashes while it gets to the desired temperature, once the blue light stops flashing you can step in. It has a very fast shut off when you finish showering. its great to use. The only picky thing for me is once I purchased it I didn't like the look of both the heads and I didn't like the shape of the overhead drencher. They both work extremely well . its just my personnel choice Otherwise its a superb mixer shower.
Wonderful
This shower is simply wonderful. Never again step into a cold shower as the temperature is already set and remains steady. It's also time saving as the second you press the button it's off - no drips. I would highly recommend this product as I just love it.
An excellent piece of kit
Very pleased with this shower unit. Both the drench head and handset offer a very good shower experience with a decent water flow. We went for this unit in particular as the drench head could be moved so that you don't always need to get your hair wet.

Very poor quality, did not work
Very poor quality. Did not worth the money. After fitting it, the small shower head could not be turned off . Had flooded the room. Have to switch off the water of the whole house. Managed to turned it off at the end . Don’t know what to do with it now. Very regretted bought this product.
Great shower and fast delivery
Delivery only took a couple of days and I was informed when to expect it. Shower arrived packaged well and once installed, looks stylish and has great pressure. Nice simple on/off buttons depending on which shower head you want (you can have both at the same time!) and stylish, easy to use temperature dial. Overall great service from plumbworld, would definitely use them again and great shower too! ☺

I love this shower so much I bought another for main Bathroom. Rain head is brilliant and relaxing to stand under. Shower head options gives plenty of scope. Shower head pipe could be longer when fitted to bracket
Avoid
Buttons to switch off water flow don’t work. As this is a relatively new model for Mira there were no reviews to read prior to purchase. However, now that more of these have been sold other buyers are reporting same issue. Very annoying when you have to stand pressing buttons repeatedly before it turns off. Even had to turn off at mains when water flow would not stop.
